Patrick Idol Owner of Browns ChemDry was a carpet techitions helper and worked his way up to a tech position and then was offered to buy out his former employer and whala he now owns and has several techs with over 15 - 20 yrs of exp. He only hires the best from other companies that he him self has worked with before ever being the owner of the company. He offers an open door polocy to every client to ask for him if need be and he goes out of his way to provide the highest quality and customer service that can be found. " If we don't have clients the we are no in business, and if we are not in business how do we feed our children?" So far the company has expanded 5 different times in the past 5 years and has doubled in commercial and residential sales since inception.
