It's obvious walking into the Brown Harris Stevens offices that they handle properties on the high-end of the real estate spectrum -- obvious enough, in fact, that when I first came to their Park Slope offices in search of an apartment in a more modest price range, I was pretty certain I'd be laughed out the door.  Not only did Molly, the agent who handled my search, not laugh, she found my girlfriend and I a fantastic apartment at a great price, and even negotiated the rent down a bit.  I've experienced a wide range of the brokers available in the area, and none of them reached the high level of involvement and helpfulness that BHS did; hell, a year after what was a relatively swift, painless and, I'd imagine, unremarkable transaction, Molly still says hi and remembers our names when we pass her on the street.  If she's indicative of the service BHS offers, I have no reservations giving them high, high marks.  Give 'em a call, and if you're looking in the Slope, ask for Molly.
