I recently bought a Groupon for Laser Hair Removal and can't say enough good things about the skincare specialist Cindy. She is a true professional and is probably one of the kindest, most patient, knowledgeable and gentle estheticians I've ever met.
One of the things I liked most about her is that she explains the whole procedure and answers any questions you have. Unlike many estheticians she doesn't try to upsell you any products, rush you or make you feel uncomfortable in any way. Also she is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the procedure, when I mentioned to her that I had thyroid problems, right away she told me that laser may not be a permanent solution. I appreciated her honesty because I'm sure many other practitioners wouldn't have said anything.
This was my first time doing laser hair removal and I was pretty intimidated (especially after reading all the waivers) but with Cindys gentle touch and years of experience the session was relatively painless and went quickly. Afterwards I experienced no pain and very little redness.
The rest of the staff at the clinic is really great as well, especially Cara who is the patient coordinator, she is super patient and sweet and although I only met with him briefly Dr. Bruno struck me as very kind, experienced and professional.
So if you're considering laser hair removal, I strongly recommend that you do it with Cindy....can't wait till my next session with her and hoping to do a chemical peel with her in the future. -

Cindy Jenkins, the skincare specialist at Bruno & Brown, is awesome. She's full of insight and helpful tips to help you get your skin in its best shape. (Not to mention, she's generous with product samples and incredibly personable.) Cindy makes me feel comfortable and pampered - I'd highly recommend you seek her out for a facial, chemical peel, or IPL session. I don't understand why there's not a bazillion reviews for her here! But the secret's out!

Cindy is great! She really takes the time to speak with you about your skin and never makes you feel uncomfortable with service recommendations. I love going to her for my laser treatments and facials! I've been to dozens of spas but she's by far the best!!!!
