I've gone to this Brown Bear location a couple times now to vacuum the interior of my car.  Having a toddler, there tends to be lots of pretzel nuggets, fish crackers, and other morsels stashed in the backseat.  The vacuums provided here rock because they were able to pick up every single empty calorie off my back seat as well as the mud stomped into the front by the husband and the random assortment of sand and woodchips in the truck.

I was happy to find that I'm able to easily clean the entire vehicle in one round.  Both times I've gone there were other customers, but no wait for a station.  If you're spending a little more time here doing a full cleaning there is a great little coffee stand that opens up at 5a.

Twenty-four hour do-it-yourself car wash. Drive into a booth, pay your money (I believe $2.00 gets you four minutes, and every quarter thereafter gives you some more time), and you've got some time to give your whip a good scrub down with the high powered hose and its various stages (pre-rinse, soap, high powered rinse, wax, etc). After that you get to drive up to a vacuum station and have five minutes to suck the breadcrumbs and leaves you and your friends left in your interior ($1.00).

Can't say much about the crowds here - I was here on a January Sunday at around 6:30 PM and it was empty. It was also damn cold. I do hear that these DIY stations have quite a queue during weekend afternoons though.

Unfortunately, this station does use an annoying quater machine (but there are change machines nearby) - loses a star for that. Otherwise, all in all, a great place to wash your car if you want to be sure the job is done right. Who knows, you might even save a little money too.
