Table Tennis or Ping Pong may soon be a growing sport in America. If you want first class instruction or a place to play, the Broward Table Tennis Club is located off Sterling and I-95 in Hollywood, FL. A few of my bros and I wanted to check out the club and its Saturday Clinic at 10 a.m. Instructor Terese Terranova gave us a lesson on our backhands and forehands. What a great lesson for a Saturday morning in this world class facility with 16 tables and wood floors. After our lesson, I even got in some games. This sport has changed since I last played in college. The games are to 11 rather than 21 and you alternate after 2 serves.
I am not quite ready to play John Stamos of Entourage yet, but on my next trip to NYC the Broward Table Tennis Club will help me improve my game.
