Great local store - carry a lot of stock but can also order anything you need. Check their clearance area for special deals on top brands.

The professionals that work at Brothers are phenomenal. Unlike Home Depot or Lowe's you get to look around the show room, and/or make special orders with someone who REALLY has expertise about what they are talking about. They have many of the faucets and water heaters installed in their own homes, as well as they know how other customers have felt about the products, what works well and the warranty on the products. They have many catalogs to look through to find something that can be custom ordered for your home, if need be. They have a great showroom display and courteous staff. They have products by Moen, Koehler, Delta and many other American brands.

Today I went to Brothers Plumbing and got more help in 15 mins than I have gotten at Home Depot in the last 7 years.
Two other Plumbing places told me I needed to rip tile and wall out to repair a broken shower handle.
I brought my broken parts to Brothers and they ordered the replacement parts (new old stock) and showed me how easy it is to fix. I spent under 50 bux to fix my problem instead of 400 bux to a plumber.

I was referred to this store by the manufacturer of a product that I was desperately looking for. The item I wanted had been back ordered by a different store that we ordered it from and it was back ordered when we tried to get it online. Since the manufacturer only sells wholesale, they referred us to Brothers.
I went in with the name of the item, catalog number, etc. They ordered it and even gave me a discount off the list price. I had my product in about one week.
They were very nice and even checked the product to make sure it was okay before calling me to pick it up.
I used this business another time when I went to Red's Plumbing (read my review - don't go there) and they would not answer my question. Brothers knew right away how to solve my problems and it only cost about $10 in little parts.
A+ for service. They have a nice showroom, too. -

Was actually referred to Brothers by Home Depot for a part the box wasn't carrying. Brothers was amazingly helpful. Not only did they have the part, they explained how to install it, gave tips on what NOT to do and helped with another issue I was having problems with. I will never go anywhere else for plumbing questions or fixes. The only thing you should be prepared for is that sometimes there can be a little bit of a wait for help. They might be busy helping someone in the store or on the phone. Don't worry, they'll help you out!!
