4 reviews for Brother's Pizza
The name "Brothers Pizza" tells only half the story. The other half is breads and rolls baked right at the restaurant, generous portions, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere.
Order any dinner and you start off with soup or salad accompanied by a warm roll that's big enough to hide your face and a generous dollop of garlic spread. You're tempted to save half for the main course, but don't bother. Your entree comes to the table with garlic bread that only a moment ago was an Italian sandwich roll. All this is yours to enjoy for $12 or less.
The Supreme pizza strikes a perfect balance between meat and veggies ringed by an outer crust that's easily as good as any breadstick served at pricier joints.
Salads come in sizes called "Small" and "Large" on the menu. "Large" and "Larger" are more fitting but might scare those who are dining on the lighter side.
Brothers Pizza is a true dive, a hangout to retreat to after Mass on Sunday, a sanctuary after the kind of week at work you'd rather forget, a place to call ahead and pick up dinner on the way home.
"Rialto's Best Pizza Since 1984" isn't hype. It's the truth.
Brothers pizza has some of the best lasagna I have ever had. Their bread is also very good, which is a vital part of the meal. I am very picky about the bread and they give a very generous roll.
I always check my mail, because they always have coupons in the recycler ( shit I am not embarrassed to admit I use coupons). They always have to small lasagnas for 8.95. Considering how big their small is you cannot beat that price. Me and my brother always end up splitting the bill.
After numerous recommendations from people here at work, I decided give this place a try, and, they did not let me down. I was in a bit of hurry today, so I decided to place an order to go: Chicken Marsala & Pasta.
For $8.95, I got 2 generous portions of breast meat, in addition to a healthy portion of penne pasta. The marsala sauce was very good. I forgot to mention that the price included a side salad and a huge roll, which was one of the better rolls I've had, and I don't even like bread.
The restaurant itself is intimate (read "small"), but it manages not to feel claustrophobic. In no way would this place be considered fancy, but it's a great place to go with friends and family. The staff was very friendly, so one of these days, I'd actually like ot eat inside, just to get the whole experience. I was told to try the chicken alfredo pizza, so it's definitely on my list of things to try in future visits.
I work in Rialto so I've been here quite a few times. The food is great. I really like the pizza. The pasta is always good, the noodles al dente the way they should be. Try the homemade rolls. The only downside, if you are paying with your debit card keep an eye on you statement, two times I was charged twice for the same meal.
