This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. The food is always fantastic and the chef, Rudy, his wife Kelly, and their children are such fabulous people making Brother's one of those places that is the whole package. Rudy will definitely make you laugh and smile before you leave, either with his personality or his talent in the kitchen.
My favorite meal here is their simple salad with the meat stromboli. The salad is made with such care and precision. Fresh ingredients, crisp lettuce and tasty mushrooms with red onion and peppers and fresh tomatoes. A dash of freshly chopped basil makes the flavors pop and the house vinaigrette is divine.
The strombolis are SO good! The dough is baked to crunchy perfection, lots of heart put into these treats! Yummy meats and a savory sauce with just the right amount of cheese. A good way to judge a stromboli is whether each bite gets a bit a goodness; there are no worries about a mouth full of bread with these strombolis, you'll always get some of the good stuff in each bite!
One last but certainly not least mention is the phenomenal pizza. I like the red sauce pizza, but I usually order the pesto. The pesto sauce is made fresh and is pretty tasty spread over the pizza crust. I love that it's not too oily and has just the right amount of basil and pine nut. It's pretty much my favorite pizza around, setting the standards pretty high. -

Brother's Pizza makes The Finest pizza in the area - no contest.
Their "Vegetarian" (white sauce and eleven fresh veg) is one of my favorite pizzas and I'm a confirmed carnivore! The red sauce-based pizzas are also first rate. The other menu items are also delicious and include grinders, stromboli/calzoni, and fresh salads.
The owners and their family are great people. Rudy, the patriarch, is a gregarious character who delights in teasing his customers. Kelly, with the lovely red hair, is sweet as pie, too.
Don't miss out on this very 'local' experience - it's a great spot!

As a New Yorker who lives in NJ, was hoping this pizza might remind me of home. Only ate it once and if I was to give a ranking for just this meal it'd be 2 stars. I only ate the pizza but it was pretty gross. If you looked at the pie, half of it looked like it had one type of cheese and the other half another. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and giving 3 stars since I didn't try any of their other food and since the people working there were nice.
