Specialties
We are veteran owned and locally operated. We apply sealcoat with a neoprene squeegee. The neoprene squeegee is the same material used in wetsuits. It is a soft rubber material that puts pressure on the sealant giving it an opportunity to fill cracks and voids and create a better bond with the pavement surface. The downward pressure of the squeegee forces the material deep down into the pours of the asphalt, yet its soft enough not to strip the material off the surface. Applying the sealcoat by this method ensures that the sealcoat will be pushed into every crack and every pour of the asphalt. We also use a black beauty slag as a filler. The black beauty slag prolongs wear and tear of pavement and also helps slippage when wet for better traction. It will not dissolve with harsh road chemicals and has an excellent bonding power with low roll out and high compaction resistance. Established in 2009
The history starts with my father starting a sealcoating and striping business in which he operated for 25 years and I worked for him until I joined the military. I came back from Iraq and finished my time in the military as Airborne Infantry and decided to start my own business in the same field as he had retired. He now works with me as a subject matter expert and a site manager to maintain top quality work. We only apply sealcoat by squeegee with a black beauty filler. We guarantee are work for 2yrs on commercial and up to 4yrs on residential.
