Quality work.  We've had friends, family, and neighbors all use Brother's to replace all their single-paned windows.  Work is clean and professional.  Competetive pricing.  Great warranty!

Five stars for the actual windows and the price. Three stars for the install. So four stars total.

We had Brothers replace most of the windows in our house from the original 1952 windows. We got what we felt was a very nice price, and our salesperson was very helpful and not pushy, and was really great about giving us the benefits and drawbacks of each option.

After about 5 weeks, they called for install. The installers showed up on time. However, during the install one of our large panes was accidentally cracked by the installer, one screen was made wrong at the factory, and after the install we discovered that another pane was badly aligned, where the bottom of the glass about about a half inch higher on one end than the other. The installer told us we would be receiving a call to fix the issues.

After about two weeks with no call, we called Brothers, who at first didn't appear to know anything about the issue. After a few hours we finally spoke to someone who was aware of our issues and said they were awaiting replacement parts.

Fast forward four weeks, the repair installer arrives, and we find out that the replacement panel has a huge scratch and it has to be replaced too. In addition, the installer says that the misaligned pane will have to be remade since he can't remove it without breaking it. So, now four more weeks go by, the installer comes back, and everything is now fixed.

At no point did anyone from Brother's contact us to apologize for the multiple delays or issues, and that still bothers me.

That said, the windows are great, the price was great, and they did fix all of our issues eventually, so four stars seems fair.

We cannot say enough nice things about Brothers. Yes, we, too had a little bump at the beginning of the installation of our double-pane windows (wrong size for one screen arrived), but they have consistently been responsive; done high quality work; and, recently made good on their guarantee after a bad storm without complaint or delay. We frequently recommend them to neighbors and friends, as we also do here.

After a little hassle they repaired my window and installed it for free. I understand they had problems with their supplier and because of my complaints they have changed their customer service set up.

The original windows in our home were starting to fog up and we finally decided to get them replaced with newer, energy efficient windows. We met several window companies in the process. Our experience with Brothers at this early stage was the best among all companies.

The Sales person, Bart, was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He spent quite some time explaining the window replacement process, the technical details about the windows that Brothers manufactures (and how they compare with the industry standards) and also gave us a demo of how the window glass prevents excessive heat from getting in. He had samples that helped us get a feel of how the windows will look (however we did visit their showroom to get a better feel for their products).

Price wise they were definitely not the least expensive, but we knew we were going to get life time warranty on the product and the installation (something that other companies were not offering on retrofit installs). That said, Bart gave me a very good final offer for the windows plus casings for all the windows and the patio door.

Since we are part of a HOA, we needed to get HOA approval for the window replacement. Bart was very helpful in answering their questions and providing the required documentation needed for the approval.

After we finalized the contract, Ryan came for measurements. He was very efficient and thorough with the measurements and informed me when he saw an issue with something. There was one window where Ryan was not sure if the window could be replaced, but he called the foreman and talked to him to get a confirmation that the work could indeed be done. I was impressed that they were not making empty promises, but actually making sure that they can deliver on them.

Finally, after about 4 weeks, we were informed that the windows had arrived, and we were asked for a suitable date for the install. On the day of the install, Steve and Armando showed up right on time. I have just one word for these two installers - AWESOME! I have never seen a team so efficient, fast and non-intrusive as Steve and Armando. They has estimated 3 days for the install, but were done in 2 days - all 19 windows and the patio door, each with casing around the inside. The work was impeccable, and I am still admiring my new framed windows. They cleaned up very well after the work was complete and explained to me the process of properly using and maintaining the windows. The windows and door are really high quality and very easy to operate. We have been getting compliments from neighbors on how nice they look.

All in all, this has been a wonderful experience with Brother's Home improvement. Highly recommended!

Our sales person, Roch was very nice and was very detailed on the different types of windows they offered and was able to get me the earliest installation appointment possible. The stars are also for Ryan who did the final measuring on our windows. He was very professional and did the job on a timely manner. Installers came and got the job done quicker than expected. Overall good experience and great windows.

We recently had Brothers replace our 1975-vintage aluminum windows and patio door.  Brothers manufactures and installs their own product; rather than removing the old frame, stucco, etc., the replacement window casing simply slots into the old frame.  I was completely shocked at the speed and ease of installation afforded by this method; we replaced 7 windows and a patio door, and the job was done in under 8 hours.

The job involved three visits by Brothers personnel.  The first was a sales visit, by a very low-key and personable salesperson / operations guy, who demonstrated the product, took measurements of the windows, verified that everything would be compliant with current code, and provided a firm and very reasonable quote on the spot.  The second visit was an individual who took exacting measurements for the factory to build the windows, and collected a deposit.  The third visit was the installation itself, which was performed by two very hardworking and skilled individuals.  Everyone showed up exactly on time for each visit, and the workers were extremely neat and careful with our home.

The finished product is just beautiful, operates flawlessly, and the difference in transmitted sound is substantial; compared to the alternatives, I think the product really sells itself.  They guarantee the windows against even accidental breakage for the lifetime of the original owner.

    Definitely a top-shelf outfit.

Brothers recently retrofitted new windows in our home. Oh my gosh, it's so much quieter in our home now (and outside it, hahaha). I can barely hear my dog barking when I'm standing outside and all the windows and doors are shut. I'm sure the neighbors love that. The coating on the windows keeps out the sun's brutal morning glare. And I believe the new windows are helping keep our house cool on warm days and warm on colder days. Not to mention they look great! I love the locks on the windows and sliding door. They all glide open and closed effortlessly.

It took a few months for Brothers to manufacture the custom retrofits and put us on the schedule for installation. But the five windows and one sliding door were installed in about seven hours by one guy. Very impressive. The installer was professional and left no mess behind. So glad we replaced the windows and got the tax credit for 2010.

Let Brothers give you a quote. You'll probably find, like us, that the price is right.

We looked around for windows for quite a while and finally went with Brother's because their company manufactures and installs their windows.  We had 7 windows and 1 sliding door replaced for about $6.5k (that was with a 20% discount), which was about the price that we were expecting.  The salesman was courteous, answered all our questions, and either personally called us back or had the appropriate person call us back whenever we called him.  The whole ordering and measuring process went relatively quickly, and installation date was scheduled quicker than quoted!  Woohoo!

The two guys that showed up for installation were very funny, hard working, obviously experienced people, and provided great suggestions.  They even accommodated the presence of our two cats (which were kept in rooms they were not working on). They arrived around 9am and were gone by about 2:15!  We love our new windows!!

Just a word of caution: if you do have animals, the caulk that is installed around the windows takes about a day to really dry well, so don't let your little fluffy guys back into a room with the new windows for at *least* 12 hours after the window is installed.

A friend of mine's HOA used this company for all their double paned window installations and I really liked them when I went to see them. I got 3 quotes from different companies and Brothers came out the cheapest and the most personable.

My sales person, Tom, was Vaughan, was a rockstar. They came out the give me an estimate on my time which was a week night. He gave me the quote that night and then as I waited a couple months to get all my funds in place and to get my HOA to approve their windows, Tom was never pushy, he checked in with me from time to time and let me do it on my own time.

They were installed in one day. The crew who came was very professional and friendly. I've had them for a couple months now and I LOVE them. Now I have friends come over to look at MY windows to try to convince them to use Brothers, too! I had 5 windows and 2 sliders. I love that these windows have cut the noise outside by a lot. The real test will be the winter though cause my old crappy windows used to be very drafty so I can't wait for these to help keep the place warmer without having to turn the heater up.

Even if you don't want them right now, call and get an estimate from them so you know exactly how much you need to start saving. :)

I had windows and sliding glass doors installed by Brothers last month. The windows are fantastic.  The installation went great, the guys were very polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves.

My only issue is that one of my neighbors is now getting her windows replaced for 1K less than what I paid.  I would not be so annoyed about this (because it's my own fault for not getting other estimates), except for the fact that the Brothers salesperson told me I was getting a special deal because I was the first unit in my condo complex to get the new windows.  And that I shouldn't tell other owners what I paid b/c they won't be getting the same deal.

However, what's done is done, and I love the windows.  Just wanted to share my experience.

We just had 7 windows replaced by Brothers. My husband had been suspicious about retrofit windows, but he is happy how they turned out, and so am I.

Erik was the sales person who came and provided the estimate. Greg came out to do the final assessment and measurements. He explained how different situations would be addressed. We waited for about 6 weeks for the windows. Then Javier and Joe came and did the installation. In the process, I called the office a few times to hash out the schedule. Every meeting and phone call was pleasant. It took Javier and Joe a day to install the 7 windows. They were efficient, patient, smart (there was some out-of-box thinking involved to get a couple of our windows to look right), polite, and fun to talk to.

I will use Brothers again (we wish we had replaced that extra window in the crawl space too) and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Brothers replaced 11 windows and a sliding door at our home.  he estimator/salesman came out promptly.  Their price was competitive and I liked the design of their windows, which they manufacture themselves. The windows are well designed and have nice features like non-metal spacers, tilt-in cleaning and cam locks.  Following acceptance of the bid another person cam out to take final measurements.  Four weeks later the windows were installed.   installation was a one-day job and the installers were very experienced and professional.  I am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the new windows.  They are nice to operate and more energy efficient than the old double pane windows originally installed.  The lifetime warrant including breakage is good too.

Our house, built approx 30 years ago, needed new big view windows in our great room (the old ones had blown seals).  I had four companies come out to make estimates.    Two of these were 2X the price of Brothers.

Tom from Brothers came out right away when we asked for an estimate. He provided us an estimate on the spot and showed us their insurance and workman's comp into.  He was friendly and professional.

Our windows arrived just 2 weeks after we placed the order and were installed on a rainy Monday.  Kudos to Joey who "went out on the ledge" for us - literally, 30 feet in the air, to do the outside part of the installation.

Our new Simonton windows are beautiful.  They are LoE3 dual panes and have dramatically reduced the heat that comes in from the morning sun.  I anticipate a reduction in AC bills this year.  The final price matched the original estimate, even though extra trim was needed.  They left the installation area neat and clean.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of materials, the service, and the lifetime warranty.  We have other windows to upgrade and will us

Very impressed.  My husband and I got four bids to replace 9 windows and our slider and Brothers beat them all.  It cost us $6800 to replace/retrofit all of our windows.  The windows qualify for the $1500 rebate, so I don't have to tell you what an amazing deal that is.  Our windows are quite large.  The master bedroom is a nine foot window alone!

Our windows were in 6 weeks after placing the order.  The contractors arrived @ 8am and were done by 1:30pm.  They cleaned up after themselves and installed beautiful trim beneath each window and around our slider.  We loved the trim so much we asked for a sample piece so that we could frame another doorway of ours with the same trim and they happily provided us with a sample and gave us the name of several locations where we could buy the very same trim.

I have already recommended them to two people I know that are looking to replace their windows.

I found the Brothers Home Improvement Inc. from the "Checkbook". Their price is fair and their tracking record is excellent. During the estimate visit, I was very impressed by Mr. Vaca, their sales representative. I observed the way he used his ruler, and could tell that he had been working in this company for many years. It turns out that he is very knowledgeable.
The window comes with a screen, and it's only a one-day job. Their unique lifetime warranty is very helpful, because it insures that Brothers home Improvement Inc. will repair any window leaks.

Thanks Yelp! I needed to replace one sliding glass door. I got an estimate from Eric at Brothers. He was super nice and very helpful. I got quotes from Home Depot and Lowe's and even without installation, Brothers actually came out cheaper. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. Everyone was nice and professional. I ended up paying exactly what was originally quoted- no hidden costs or extras. The new sliding door looks great and I am thrilled that Brothers has a lifetime guarantee. They will even replace the screen if it rips or if the glass gets accidentally broken. That's a company that stands behind their product.

My 1973 Almaden Valley home had 9 windows and 2 sliding patio doors replaced yesterday.  I'm absolutely thrilled about the outstanding work Brothers did on my home.

Bart V. came to my home for the original sales consultation, he was warm and friendly, and did not push anything on me.  He took plenty of time to go through the products and installation options, and always took my calls for additional questions after I placed my order.  A very professional sales agent!

Ryan came to my home to take final dimensions, and then a second time to discuss a technical problem with one of the windows.  He was always courteous and happy to answer all of my questions.

On the install day, the 4 guys who came over to do the work were very polite, but as a team they were like a machine! They finished all windows and doors from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., without really rushing the job.  I can't find any imperfections in the install, they did a particularly good job with the garden window in our kitchen.

The millwork (casings, stool, and apron) on the inside of each window is absolutely gorgeous!  While I did pay quite a bit, the job was huge and I could not find a better deal elsewhere.

I have a front entry door that I'm looking to replace, and I'll definitely be calling Brothers to make that happen.

We used Brothers to retrofit windows for our newly bought house this summer. They replaced 11 windows and 3 doors (2 , six feet and 1 tweleve feet) doors for this 60 years old house.  Their quality is superb and very customer service oriented. First their sales Rep. Tom came out and showed us their samples and compared their quality and appearance with other brands. He was very patient and explained all our questions. Very informative with  no sales pitch or pressure. He took measures, gave recommendation for window type based on location and gave us the quote. Once we confirmed, another person came and took more accurate measures and explained detailed stuff like how high the frame is going to stand out from floor.
We visited other retrofitter's showrooms and saw Milgard, Pella, Simonton and Amerimax windows and doors.  We also went to Brother's showroom. Finally Brothers' brand top scored in terms of quality, appearance and price. Their Lifetime warranty is also impressive.
They originally scheduled to work on second week of August by contract. But we realized we needed to do floors refinish before our house warming ceremony. We requested them to prepone the retrofit by one week to accommodate the floors. They had to change their schedule and ask their manufacturer to bring the windows early. They tried their best and brought extra personnel to finish the job in one day which was originally supposed take 2 days. That was very impressive. This shows their commitment to their word.
Their employees who came in to work were very sincere and appeared to love their work. They advised us to keep one of our bedroom windows which is round and antique. Left that replacement window at our house with an offer to change if we felt very cold in winter.

SUPPORT FAMILY OWNED MOM AND POP SHOPS.
I was tired of freezing during the winter and cooking during the summer.  My home improvement project for this year consisted of replacing 3 windows and 1 sliding glass door.  I had heard many good things about a family run business called "Brothers."  After attending a home show and consulting with other home owners in my neighborhood, I began my research and confirmed what I had heard.     What's interesting is that I never saw any fliers or saw big ads outside of windows with the company name.  Scared me, but now I know why.

Clearly...they don't need it.  Word of mouth and superb jobs are what keeps them as the best little secret in the south bay.  I had an in home consultation with a gentlemen named Bart.  He was educated, professional, and willing to answer all my questions.  After telling him I had been quoted close to 6k for my job, he smiled and told me he could do better.  He sure did as he came in at under 3.5k!   I issued a deposit to order my windows and waited 5 weeks for them to come in.  Last Friday, they finally came in and I scheduled my appointment.  They arrived at 1030AM and were done by 1PM.    The gentlemen who installed my windows, Ryan and Brian, were efficient, professional, and thorough.  Once they were done...I was SOOOO HAPPY!  My windows look, feel, and are great.  Certainly helps that most of the people on my block have utilized this vendor.  Overall, great business with wonderful customer service from start to finish.  I highly recommend them...and if you see them at a home show, they even throw in a 10% discount.  Love love love my windows-as you know double pane windows are great investments..and I love that these have a tint and suppress sound and the elements of weather.

I contacted several window installers last year when it was time to update our 40-year-old aluminum framed windows that were in terrible shape.  At the time all but Brothers were pushing new construction style windows where they bust out the existing frames and surrounding stucco, then nail in new windows to the 2x4 framing of the wall (similar to how they do windows when a home is newly constructed), and finally they have to patch up the stucco.  It's considerably more expensive this route, and based on my experience the stucco patch is usually noticeable to the discerning eye, and other than yielding a slightly larger window area when all is said and done there doesn't really seem to be any substantial benefits.  In contrast retrofit leaves the existing frame and surrounding stucco in tact, and the new vinyl window fits inside of the existing frame.  High quality silicon is used to provide a weather tight seal on the exterior.  It's much faster and considerably less expensive.

At the time my conclusion was that contractors were hurting and wanted to bill out more labor costs.  As a result they claimed lifetime warranty on the new construction method of install, but if they installed retrofit it was only 1 year.  All the contractors I contacted took the measurements and did the install, and then offered you a selection of window manufacturers to choose from.  So naturally they are making most of their money on labor costs and will push the product that makes them more money (labor).

Brothers was the only company I found that exclusively made their own windows, took measurements and performed the installation.  They only do retrofit, and they guarantee their installation and product for life.  To top it off they also include accidental breakage warranty!

Their salesperson was great and came out to the house to give us an estimate.  He was far more professional and comprehensive than all the other contractors who came out.  He had several examples in his truck complete with cut-outs so you could see what the window looked like on the inside.  Answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable about the purchase.  There are quite a few discounts to be had, such as $150 off per window at the time, recession discount, and I pressured him (only a little) for another 5% off.

The cost was competitive compared to others, and the product is outstanding.  My other first choice was Milguard which is one of the higher end vinyl window choices.  They offer two types of locking mechanisms and you can choose either one.  One is the lever type of cam lock which I despise, the other I think they call positive locking which is similar to Milguard.  When you slide the window shut the mechanism automatically locks vs. having to push the lever(s) closed each time.  Their windows also come with many features that are an up sell on Milguard and others.  Really the only up sell are if you want grids inside the window, which we did do on the front windows of the house.  All in all we had about 10 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced and it came out to about $8.5K.  They're windows and doors also qualify for the 2009/2010 energy star tax credit of 30% (up to $1.5K), so we'll get back $1.5K at tax time making the cost $6K.

The installation went very smoothly.  The crew showed up about 9am and were done by 3pm.  They were quick, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.  Overall I was very satisfied with the install with a couple of very minor issues.  They made some mistakes on our patio sliders, one sliding the wrong direction and the other one installed in the wrong orientation so the grid inside the glass was on the wrong side.  I called and they were quick to get a new door ordered and send someone out to fix the issues.  One of the locking mechanisms also had the screws strip out of the vinyl framing during the install and they didn't bother to fix it.  I still need to have them come out for this, or I might just do it myself.  I was also slightly dissatisfied with the inside wood molding job they did around the kitchen window and sliding doors.  They left the existing molding on and put the new molding right over the top, so now the molding sticks out about 1" instead of 1/2" or so.

The new windows are a huge improvement over the old.  Their appearance from the outside and inside is very noticeable and make the house look much nicer.  Their operation is flawless gliding open and closed with little effort.  No more drafts and fewer cold spots.  I think they did help with insulating the home better, but I can't really say how much for sure.  I've heard that in general the benefits are somewhat exaggerated, and I think I'd probably agree with that.  Although our home does not (yet) have insulated exterior walls, so we loose a lot of heat that way.

Conclusion: their service, warranty, quality of product and cost is all outstanding.  I don't know why you'd choose another window compan

I needed 11 windows upgraded to double-pane on an old house I an renting out, so I found these guys on Yelp and gave them a call based on good reviews. I didn't want to get jerked around by a sales team, so I measured the windows myself and asked for a quote over the phone. It was about $4K, a bit less than I expected. The next step was actually meeting with a  salesman - he met me at the house, measured the windows again (just to be sure), and gave me a firm price. He even talked me into their upgrade glass - they have a pretty compelling heat-lamp demo. I was sold.

They make these windows themselves, custom fitted to the old window dimensions; so they need about 4 weeks to get them. They were ready sooner than we expected, so we scheduled the installation. Two installers showed up on the appointed day, got right to work, and were done by early afternoon. They did a neat job - didn't damage the house and cleaned up after themselves.

I spent most of the next two months working on the house - I practically lived there with these windows, and I was VERY impressed with the quality. They look good, open & close very smoothly, and did keep the summer heat out. They are much better the the poorly-designed Milgards I have at my residence. I really like these windows!

There is only one down side - drop-in replacement windows like this don't give you as much window glass as the originals. The frames are fatter, so there is about 5-10% less glass. It's not a big deal; but It seems to my they could design in a little more glass and a little less frame. This seems to be true of all replacement windows, not just Brothers; so I still give them 5 stars.

Due to other projects going on for the last two months I am finally getting around to post about Brothers HI...First with out a doubt a class act company.
From the get go the salesman came out and spent well over an hour talking to my wife and I about the various options of windows, etc. No pressure just very informative. We had five windows  put in our 50+ year old house plus a very big sliding glass window. The time given to us for special ordering of the window was fine. The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. I mean these guys know there stuff!!!
One minor call back was due to a very very minor thing (corrected immediately!) which I would not even deduct from the stars above. I mean what more can I say. Would we go back to Brothers if we needed windows put in. Never a doubt in our mind!!! Great job Brothers!!! This is the way companies should do business!!!

I cannot write enough about this company...

We bought an older home with old metal windows that let in SO much air that often in the morning we were seeing our breath!  We quickly started researching window replacement companies and interviewing friends who recently replaced their old windows. We found that everyone who had used Brothers recommended their product and service team 100%!!!

From the moment we contacted Brothers we felt "at ease" with the whole process.  Whenever you replace windows its lots of money (we had 13 windows and 2 sliders) but we found them extremely competitive. Most importantly we found everyone very helpful, professional, informative, and NEVER pushy. They all knew the product and could answer my endless questions.

The team that installed the windows were nothing short of AMAZING, they went above and beyond (even fixing our older front door that had not been closing smoothly with the increase in cold weather). They were quick and very courteous...

After the install of our double pane windows our home temp has increased by 10-15 degrees compared to our old windows!!! We have had endless comments about our windows, they made such a HUGE difference in our older home...

I would recommend this company to ANYONE....

I had been getting bids to do all the windows in my 60 year old little home. I was so tired of the salesmen coming to my home with the same old song and dance sales crap. One even wanted me to sign a document stating that I was refusing his offer that night and that the offer wouldn't be available the next day! LOL.
When the salesmen from Brothers came by I knew it would be a good experiance. I told him to please not "sell " me, just tell me what you have and the price and we will make up our mind. He was very professional and gave me a price telling me it was good for a year! (Or something like that, don't hold me to it, that was 6 years ago).
I had them put in my windows and they did a GREAT job from start to finish. There was something wrong with one of them, they took care of it right away, no bs, no lies, they backed it up.

The reason why I am writing this now six years later is just recently one of the grids in one of the windows came loose. My wife mentioned it to me and that she was going to call them. A few weeks later I asked my wife if they were going to take care of it. She told me, honey, they did, weeks ago!  I didn't even know they were by, these people are the best of the best in my book.

They did a great job for us.  Good quality hardware and workmanship.  No hard-sell.  They arrived on-time, proceeded professionally in our (almost) whole-house window replacement, cleaned up well and have stood by their products on the one occasion we had reason to call them back a few years later (for a torn weatherstrip).  We'd definitely use them again.

Very pleasant company to work with. We chose another window & door company because of better financing. Brothers sales and technical pros were very nice, considerate of our time and kept all promised for quotes and got back to us quickly to answer questions.

Fantastic customer service, but this is not the company to buy french doors from- they make their windows in house but not the french doors- and their price reflects that.  All I needed was french doors, and the price I was quoted by Bart at Brothers was 2x what I was quoted by two other local window installers.  I can't speak to Brother's quality, because I went with "Wholesale Window Company", which was also very highly ranked on yelp.  Wholesale charged $1850 for a lowE2 french door, installed.  Brothers wanted $3792 for a lowE3.  I also got a quote from Energy Savers for $2420.  Just based on the 2x price for the door, I didn't go for it, even though their door was lowE3 instead of lowE2. But their customer service was great and I would consider them for windows in the future.

Stopped by to get a quote for our front and back doors. They presented several good options - now we must decide. Knowledgable & friendly.

I got all my windows and patio door upgraded by Brothers. During quotation, the sales person did not notice that our bedroom windows needed cut down to comply with building code. Upon discovering this during install, the manager, Sean agreed to do the code upgrade which now involved a cut down and window trim kit for free, also threw in a free lock to our patio door for the inconvenience of the delayed install. They do stand by their word.

Brother's Home Improvement has outstanding customer service.  My parents called several window installation companies for quotes.  My Aunt had her window's replaced about 18 months ago so my folks knew the quality Brother's Home Improvement had.  When they were given a quote, my dad negotiated with them, 10% for referral discount, and 10% for 55+ discount.  14 windows and 2 sliding glass doors were replaced for about $10K.  These windows are high quality dual pane windows.  The parents were told it would take two days to install all the windows, but when I went to the house to check the status at the end of day one, I saw that all the windows on the first and second floor had been replaced.  I asked how long it took and my mother said they arrived at 9am and were gone by 4PM.  Not only were they friendly and had good quality, they were quick too.

We used Brothers to replace all of our single-paned windows--about 20 windows.  Their quote was the most reasonable and their window quality seemed to be on par with the best of them.  It has been over two years now and we haven't had a single problem.  Also, our house is much warmer at night and we haven't had to turn on a fan, much less the AC, in two summers.

Brothers replaced about 10 windows in my home a couple years ago. They did a nice job and were done within a day. The windows are still looking and working great.

I contacted this company from an ad in the SJ Mercury.  Looking to compare prices on a new Sliding Door.  Of the four companies I talked to they were the best!  Their customer service is amazing, their price was fair and they are very professional.  When they said they would call, they did.  When they said they would be at the house, they were there.  And the window was on time and installed perfectly - no mess left behind and the installer was friendly and professional.  I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows.
