This place is pretty good. I'd say they are on par with consignment stores as far as price range goes, except of course that here, everything is new.

My husband and I got a dining room table set and sofa/ loveseat set for a little over a grand. We really are happy with the table set  and although I wish I had noticed that the sofa was a bit narrow, it is very comfy and a great value for what we paid.

The people there were friendly and not pushy at all, even though we stayed past closing walking around and sitting on pretty much every piece of furniture in the place.

They delivered exactly when they said they would, and set everything up in like 10 minutes. They were like machines, seriously. They didn't really hang around to give me anytime to inspect the furniture for scratches or anything, but everything looks fine.

On memorial day weekend they had a 0 sales tax and 0% financing offer, which was great. If you're on a budget I recommend you go here and at least see what they have.

I had the strangest experience trying to shop here. I walked in wanting to buy a sectional, but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. I asked the guy if they could come down on the price and he wasn't willing to deal besides taking off the sales tax. I know the mark-up on furniture is huge and I have never encountered a furniture store that wouldn't come down on the price at all. I even offered to pay in cash for a discount and, unlike another reviewer on here, I was not offered 15% off.

I asked if I could leave contact info if the price came down or they got in something similar in my price range and he didn't want it. What kind of furniture salesman doesn't want the contact info of someone who is ready to spend thousands of dollars on a sofa? The whole experience was so weird and left a really bad taste in my mouth. It was like they weren't interested in my money.

I ended up getting another store to special order the same thing for $700 less than what this salesman claimed was "the lowest price you will find in this area." Don't come here if you want to get a decent price on furniture or if you want to be treated like your business is valuable to them.

I placed an order for some furniture. Everything was in stock. The very next day, I went back wanting to not get one of the beds but instead purchase another bed and a chest. The lady who seemed to be the manager of the store said that she would not give me the full credit which meant that she was going to switch out the $449 bed with a $399 bed and not give me any credit for the chest that I wanted to buy. i felt that it was very unfair. The manager had a very bad attitude about it.

The two things I liked about the store: they offer interest-free financing and they gave me a 15% discount when I offered cash instead of financing or paying by credit card.

    For your infor=x

Their prices are great and they have a large selection, however they could use some customer service and a working phone, seriously.

We bought a bed frame on Saturday afternoon at a garage sale, it was a great steal, and we were told it was a "full" size. We went straight to Brothers for a mattress as Turkish knew of them from some guys at work. We did not want to spend a lot of money, it is a guest bedroom, and this appeared to be the place. We bought a mattress and it would be there in a few days.

Problem, got home, set-up sleigh bed and noticed it was rather large, got out measuring stick and Google and we have ourselves a Queen size frame for our new full size mattress. We immediately call Brothers at the number on the top of their invoice, fax machine, try again, fax machine. Google them, same phone number, try again, fax machine. Jump in car and drive down there, they closed at 7 pm and it is 7:10pm. no one in sight.

We go straight there first thing on Sunday - the man says it is there phone # and says we are lying?$%&#(!# Then back-tracks and says that when they are with a customer they sometimes switch it to a fax to not be disturbed HUH? (what happen to voicemail.)

Anyway, back to our problem. He refuses to return or exchange the mattress and tells us we have to speak with the same man we bought it from, who is off today. Essentially, we now have a mattress that doesn't have a frame and a frame without a mattress..... and Brothers says "Too Bad Soo Sad"

Anyway, on the 3rd attempt to resolve this problem, they allowed us to change the order to a queen size mattress and charge the difference. Problem solved but some SERIOUS HOOP Jumping.... The next Olympic Sport?

As I snuggled with the cat on my plush new sectional sofa, it occurred to me to look up Brothers' warehouse and see if any other yelpers had praised them.  I was surprised to find no entry because I think they've been around for a while.

Brothers' is a large warehouse in the industrial side of Redwood City.  The neighborhood is not so nice, which might make you skip over it.  But if you're on a budget give them a look - the prices are worth it.  You don't have to settle for an IKEA futon-slash-sofa that may or may not fit your personal style.

I'd been looking for a sectional and I had a specific one I was pining for - a leather base with microfiber cushions, all pillows on the back.  Macy's had one I liked for about $2300, so I had resigned myself to finding something less ambitious like a smaller leather couch...more like a loveseat.  More in my price range.

So I was surprised when I stopped in here on a whim (it's on the way to the ice rink) and found a sectional sofa very similar to the Macy's sectional for $999.  In fact, I liked the colors better.  The staff was friendly but not pushy; they offered to help right away, but backed off when I said I was browsing.  I "browsed" at least three trips before bringing my husband to get his opinion - hey, I'm slow but I  can't bring myself to spend money hastily - and never felt an iota of impatience from the employees.  They seem to be family owned because there were only a couple of different guys, and the day we actually ordered the regular guy was with his wife.

Delivery is free if you're within certain boundaries, and they charge a fee if they take out your old sofa ($30).  We live about four miles away and delivery was free. We requested it be delivered the next day and they were there right when they said they would be, and set up everything.

I've had the sectional two months now and I was a little worried that paying less than 1/2 of the price Macy's was charging (Macy's is already on the bargain end of good furniture) that it would be uncomfortable or fall apart.  I have to say that comfort is excellent, just wonderful.  My young daughter already wrote on the cushions with an ink pen but it came off with rubbing alcohol.  I'm so glad I went with this sofa.

My experience with Brothers' was positive all around.

I hate shopping for furniture and I hate IKEA, both because they have yet to design a comfortable couch and because they have terrible customer service. Brothers, on other hand, has a wide selection of stuff, incredible prices, and a friendly staff. Delivery for our new sofa was cheap(only 20 bucks! 75 at IKEA) and we couldn't be happier with it. I just wish I had gotten more of my apartment things from here.

My kids and I stumbled upon this place by accident.  From the outside on Bay Street, you really have no idea what this place is.  It looks like a pottery and outdoor fountain store from the looks of the parking lot.  We had some time to kill, so we decided to stop in.  I was amazed at how big the place is!  Who knew?

Anyway, we walked through the warehouse and checked out pretty much everything.  I was impressed by the prices.  I couldn't believe they were that low.  Some pieces were obviously better quality than others, but even still the prices were good!

The staff was very low pressure.  Just checked in on us to see if we had any questions.  I didn't at the time, but then after looking at a few bedroom set ups for the kids, I did end up with some questions.  I went to find the lady who was and she came right over and answered all of my questions.

Just as we were leaving, I spotted a coffee table I really liked.  I asked for a tape measure, but it seemed like it was going to be a little too small for my enormous couch.  However, the nice sales lady said that there were other sizes available that could be ordered.  Hmmmm....  So I took a look at her catalog, and decided to go with a completely different coffee table that I liked even better.  I placed my order and they said they could have it delivered in two days for no charge.  Wow.  The delivery day came and they were right on time.

I think this store is definitely worth checking out.

This place is awesome.  I had been looking for some comfy chairs for my apartment for a while with no luck.  I found exactly what I was looking for here at a great price.  Plus, they only charged me $20 to deliver to San Francisco and could deliver my chairs in 2 days.  Some other stores I looked at wanted over $100 to deliver and set-up, and I would have had to wait weeks.

I had a great experience with Brothers' Furniture.  My husband and I knew what we wanted because we saw it on their advertisement.  The ad offered a great price of $799 for a 5 piece queen bedroom set (headboard, 2 nightstands, dresser and mirror), NO sales tax and FREE setup and local delivery!  We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, saw the floor display, was impressed and walked to the counter to order.  A salesman stopped us once to see if we needed help, which we declined, and he didn't hassle us after that - which is great because I hate pushy salespeople.  The lady at the counter was helpful, took our information and told us that they could deliver on Tuesday between 12-5pm.  GREAT!  We had to pay $20 for delivery because we live in San Mateo and aren't local enough, but that's still a good deal.  Tuesday rolls around - and exactly at noon, the delivery guy calls us, and we see the truck driving around outside.  We show them to the bedroom, tell them how we want it set up and presto!  No hassle, no problems whatsoever.  After about 20-25 minutes, we had a completely new bedroom.  I was very impressed with everything!  I would definitely buy from them again.  A++.
