    Rambutan!!

I saw these pink hairy eggs (wow, that sounds really unappealing) the first time I went, and I asked the cashier what they were. Rambutans, I was told, like a sweeter mamoncillo (umm, yes please).

Well, they were delicious, just like all of the other produce I have purchased here. The store is small, but they have a great variety of fruit and veg. You can walk in and get all of your staples (lettuce, peppers, apples, etc) but there's also always something new and exotic to try (hello rambutans, dragonfruit, cactus pear, yellow carrots (wha?? I thought those only existed in fancy Bon Appetite type magazines)).

Besides that, the store is bright, clean and organized, and the employees are all very helpful.

I love coming in and browsing. Great produce makes cooking that much more fun.

    Say it with me.. Fe-Na-Mi-Nal!

This place has a piece of my heart. I am always in the area, and like to consider myself a healthy eater (alright, for the most part). Since discovering this place a few months ago, I've eaten vegetables I've never dreamed of, love tofu and know so many others that benefit from it too!

They usually have fruit outside for cheap, and a good bargain rack inside that I've scored BIG time with. Some are 8 tangerines for a buck, lettuce and mixed onion and vegetable packs for 1.50, packs of grapes or strawberries (fresh!) for a dollar fifty, bean sprouts for under two dollars, and the list goes on! Even if it's not on sale, the prices are very good! The store and product is SUPER clean, the staff is very attentive and assistance is always available (yes, such a store actually exists guys!). They have organic products, have a lot of browns (rice, pasta, can't recall bread though). I visit a couple of times a week, and my visits have always been right on the money.

I don't work there and I'm not married to the owner's, son's cousin, I'm just a satisfied customer that will slam 5 stars to your review when it's due. And here.. it's by far due.

    Happy Healthy H-eatin!! :)

The quality, selection, service, and price are unsurpassed here.  Publix does not have this selection, and their prices are too high on vegetables.  Other Farmers' Markets have rotten stuff, but not Brothers.  The ladies that work there are some of the friendliest I encounter.  The one bad review here makes no sense to me because I have been going to this business for YEARS and have never had any problem.  The reviewer does not clearly define their problem (sorry but, "it wasn't good" isn't good enough) and states the employees were not rude, they just weren't gracious enough (climb down off your pedestal buddy).  Something tells me that reviewer was the rude one to them.  I am also not related to anyone that works there, nor do I work there.  I just hate to see a bad review of a consistently great place

I have to agree! This place is great. I shop here every week and enjoy everything I buy there. I have to mention that they also have gluten free products. Once you go ,you won't go any place else.

I've only been to this place a few times, but my last visit sort of left a bad taste in my mouth and left me wondering whether I would ever go back.  Long story short: I bought something.  It wasn't good (I bought the same thing the day before and it tasted much, much better).  I drove back to the store within 20 minutes of the purchase to exchange it for something else.  Now i wouldn't necessarily call the way they handled the situation rude, but they could have been much more gracious about the whole thing .  I mean they basically looked at and treated me like I did something wrong or I was trying to pull one over on them (for 5 bucks, please!)  I mean I shouldn't have to explain or figure out what is wrong with your product.  It wasn't good.  That should be the end of it.  Ultimately, they issued me a credit but what's with the sour looks and all?  I'd rather shop at Publix where my business at least seems appreciated.  Sure BFM has some good products, but to me the real test of a company's character is how they deal with things when they go wrong.  In this respect, BFM could do better.  The ladies in charge just seem like they have a chip on their shoulder...
