I spend a lot of my summer at New Hampshire Motor Speedway running with the Loudon RoadRacing Series (http://www.lrrsracing.com). The weather isn't always ideal for cooking outside so this is the hot spot for dinner on those nights.
Pizza is excellent, and they also have several pasta dish combos. The fried wings are awesome! We always get an order or two to go along with dinner.
Staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are. I always end up spending more than I expect too, but its so worth it if I don't have to grill in the rain.
I don't even LIKE brookside pizza! There, I said it, after all these years. It's not good it just tastes good to me because I've been eating it since before I could eat.
