I have had my insurance with Brooks' office for 12 years. He is an amazing agent who always goes out of his way to help. His team is friendly and professional and has gone above and beyond to take care of me in every way they can. The only time I was told they couldn't help me was when I needed to talk to the claims department after an accident. But even then the State Farm claims department was so helpful and they took care of everything quick fast and in a hurry. I felt super valued by the claims processors.
But that aside, Brooks is such a personable agent, he even brought me homemade jam and warm, fresh croissants when I was first moving into my new house. Lucky for me he did because I had nothing to eat in my fridge and was about to go find some crummy fast food breakfast. This was way better. -

Completely pointless to have an agent when every single time we need assistance, we were told to call the 1-800 line. We were sold on this agent to start for the personal service and care but never received anything other than run around and push offs.
And how did they inform us they were not renewing our policy? After years of customer loyalty? An e-mail. And not even from Brooks. Their RECEPTIONIST. A lousy e-mail. My fiance even responded saying how unprofessional it was that they wouldn't bother calling to let us know. The response was that people always got mad when they broke the bad news so they preferred to do it over e-mail. Grow up.
