Review from Alex A.
Arlington, VA
I handed him a bike that was a bunch of unknown quantities. He graciously worked with my schedule, and agreed to take on all those unknowns, diagnose and tune it to get past the problems the bike had, and it now performs damn near like it is a new bike. I have a feeling I'm never moving to an EFI 600 when Jason keeps my carbureted 750 the monster it is.
The other thing is, Jason is a man of integrity - he keeps his word, he answers his phone and emails, and he does what he says and says what he'll do. He will also tell you what can't be done, and that's always hard to find in a mechanic.
This man is going to be doing everything to my bike that I cannot do myself. I have found a "partner" for my bike that I didn't have before.
Brooks Cycle Center is "the man." I'm not sure what the one-star folks are having issues with, but my experience was beyond the unexpected, by a lot. We're going to do a couple thousand dollars worth of work in the spring on the bike, when the roads are capable of harnessing all that TWO WHEEL DEATH AND ... I mean, safe, responsible riding. -

Great service center. They did some work on my old Honda a while back and it has been running like a top ever since. They came out and picked my bike up for a nominal extra charge. I would highly recommend these guys. Good service for a good price.

Review from Koorosh O.

As a lawyer with a pretty hectic schedule, it's difficult for me to find the time to get modifications or service done for my motorcycle. Most motorcycle dealerships don't exactly offer loaner vehicles for their installs, and their rates/wait times are often ridiculous (especially during the riding season). I came across Brooks Cycle Centre off of some recommendations on a local rider's forum, and talked to Jason a few times before going to him to get a 520 sprocket/chain installed. Aside from being knowledgeable, his pricing is very reasonable and his scheduling (with available mobile/onsite installs) can't be beat. He's very skilled and experienced, and I was very satisfied with his work which was performed for far less $ than a local dealership. To top it off, he's a cool guy and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him for any and all maintenance or installation services to the motorcycling community.

History
Established in 2006
Founded in 2006, Brooks Cycles was created with a vision of what a Motorcycle Shop should really be. Honest service done at a great price with excellent customer service. Founder and Current owner Jason Brooks had just left the Marine Corps after an impressive 8 year term. Finding and keeping a job in the civilian world proved difficult and he decided to go in to business for himself. To this day, remnants of the Corps can be seen at Brooks Cycles in the integrity and steadfast devotion to customers.
