We were so lucky having Krisanne Heinze as our realtor. We met her when she was showing an open house at the end of last year. We have just moved to Seattle for two months. As first-time homebuyers, we have very little idea of how to buy a house. We also were not familiar with Seattle neighborhoods at all. So we had tons of questions. She is patient and sincere, down-to-earth and knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Krisanne explains things extremely well. That is great for us to learn a lot through the process. She also kept our interest in mind, not pushy at all. By the end, Krisanne helped us making sure every step is on time for closing. After we close, she was still so helpful to answer questions about the house. We strongly recommend Krisanne to anyone who needs help to find a house.

My husband and I worked with Kerstin to purchase a home last Fall. Kerstin was incredibly patient with us as we spent a few months narrowing down what we wanted out of a house. Kerstin's depth of knowledge was so helpful and she was so wonderful about providing us with all the necessary information and then letting us come to our own conclusions and decisions about each house we were interested in. We felt she truly looked out for us and our best interest throughout the entire process. We were shopping in a difficult market. After working with several realtors, we came across Krisanne Heinze through a friend's recommendation. She was very sincere, hard-working, and had our best interest in mind. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she made extra efforts to explain things to us. She was very patient, not pushy at all. She was extremely open-minded and tried several different avenues to work with us on finding the right house for the right price. She was patient with us even when we were double minded about the location - she searched and showed us houses in several areas of King County. Established in 2006
Both Krisanne Heinze and Kerstin G. Brooks started working in residential real estate sales individually. They found they had similar values and a desire to provide their clients a superior experience. They decided to team-up to provide exceptional service to their clients any day of the week.
Meet the Business Owner: Kerstin B and Krisanne H.
Kerstin grew up in Germany but has lived in the Greater Seattle Area since her early 20's and enjoys all the outdoor activities the Northwest has to offer. She lives in Shoreline, WA with her dog Bailey. Kerstin has 10 years experience in residential real estate sales, which is her current passion and 10 years experience in property management, prior to entering the sales arena.
Krisanne made the career switch to residential real estate in 2002 when she was on a quest to buy a property herself and a good friend (and real estate broker) encouraged her to enter the business. Prior to real estate, Krisanne worked as a project manager in the software industry. Krisanne grew up in Minnesota and now lives in Seattle with her husband and two boys.
