Brooklyn Pizzeria is great. The staff is friendly and remember your name (for you repeat offenders). The pizza is awesome. Everything is balanced out just right. The crust is light and cooked perfectly. There's nothing worse than an undercooked crust.
Great food and great service. -

Next to the wild rambunctious Walmart filled with loud youths screaming a long elongated shriek, lies a true gem. The Brooklyn Pizzeria, holy mike let me tell you this place is the cats pajamas. You know when you get bell peppers or tomatoes or any other manner of vegetable and they have that sickly white hue? Not here baby! everything tastes fresh, (which isn't to say i know it is, i haven't been in the kitchen) but i egress I have had a supreme pizza, supreme cal-zone, and supreme Stromboli and each time i am impressed enough to not only go back but to take a nap and put on pajamas after i eat there. I will say it is all greasy, but what do you expect its pizza not a pheasant with orange and raspberry reduction with asparagus doused in truffle oil! So do yourself a favor and don't waste money on delivery go here and your family and friends wont exile, belittle, or chastise you. They might even hail you a hero!

Humble, TX
Great food and service! These guys made the effort to learn my name after my first visit. One person said the staff didn't sound Brooklyn. I can't say you're wrong but that's because all of the employees I know are actually Italian. And I mean from Italy lol!
All of the food has always been fresh and tasty but my favorites are plain cheese pizza and the ham calzones with ricotta and mozzarella.
They also deliver now! Amazing. =) -

Brooklyn Pizzeria is without a doubt one of the best local pizza restaurants in Humble. The shop is a no frills affair, but the pies are incredibly fresh and the service is amazing. The sauce is tangy and truly a standout The crust is fired to perfection and while somewhat thicker than traditional NY style, it still very authentic by Texas standards.
The calzones are one of my lunch favorites, but you're generally better off ordering sausage and pepperoni over the default ham. The little bit of extra kick makes the meal. -

This pizza is the best pizzeria outside of the real new York. I'm a born and bred new yorker and this pizza brings back a little piece of new York. Kudos to these guys here at Brooklyn pizza for having amazing food and great service

I still bank with my NY bank (citibank) and it so happens that the only one within 10 miles of my area is right next to Brooklyn Pizzeria. When I saw the name, the first thing I thought was: "What do these people know about Brooklyn?? " So, the decision was made then and there that I would try their pizza.
Now, I remember NY pizza well, and this one is comparable. I ordered our pie extra crispy and it was pretty good. I also ordered a small salad and it tasted and looked just like the one at "Brother's Pizza" on I10. I even asked the guy if they are affiliated, he said they know them well, but are two separate businesses.
Now, back to the pizza. The pizza was good, maybe a 7 out of 10 (6 1/2). I felt that the crust and the cheese were a little limited for it to be an authentic Brooklyn Pizza. In NY, pizzerias are not cheap with ingridients, ever!
did I like it? sure did. Was it NY style? Sure was. Would I go back? sure will. Is it the best I ever had? Sure it was not. I also did not hear any NY accents while at he establishment, so although it may be "brooklyn pizza" they may not necessarily BE from Brooklyn, NY. More on that next time I visit. -

This is the closest pizza to the real deal - and I am from the real deal.
The pizza is love. The guys that work there are always friendly and cordial. -

Houston, TX
Hands down the best pizza you will ever eat outside of New York and New Jersey, and I should know, I'm from there.
The pizzeria is operated by a family that moved down to Houston from Brooklyn and have brought everything that is New York pizza here to the Lone Star State.
The ingredients come from Piscataway, NJ so you know that this is 100% authentic "real" pizza. Not that crap that a lot of places in this city like to call pizza.
The family is incredibly nice and helpful, and their staff is the same.
During baseball season they always have the Yankees on which is a breath of fresh air for this Jersey Boy.
If you are in Humble and think you know good pizza you owe it to yourself to go to Brooklyn Pizzeria and have a slice or six.
We now live downtown but we still make the trip up to Humble for this pizza, or I pick it up whenever I am in the area and bring it home and reheat it.
If you call a pizza place and try to order a large pie and they are confused, hang up because that's not pizza. Brooklyn Pizzeria is pizza. -

Unfortunately I don't have the experience to compare this to New York pizza as the first reader did, but if this is what it's like, I feel I've been missing a lot.
The pizza here is great, the service is awesome and I've definitely been recommending this place to everyone.
The first review summed this place up perfectly. Give it a try! The calzones are my favorite! -

This place is pretty good. The sausage is kind of strange looking, but it tastes good. Some good pasta items and sandwiches too. A good spot for a quick lunch during the week.
