Bristol did not top my list of culinary experiences BUT I tend to disagree!!  Being from S Florida and tending to eat out frequently I was not looking forward to eating deep fried veggies and calling them "veggies".  When I stepped into Brooklyn Grill in Bristol, it looks like and american bistro-applebee's style joint.  OH NO, I was wrong.  Its a family business owned by a Chef and his wife, our waitress.  She does a great job making it homey. Wine selection was decent, full bar, but wait the food is YUMMY!!!
I had the penne de mare YUM, coworker had duck he said it was delish, Salmon GREAT, and lobster ravioli....another WIN.  I highly recommend this place if you want a great meal.  Don't forget the chocolate cake....Good Job Bistol!!!! I will return.

Excellent! Couldn't decide between the glazed duckling and blackened mahi. Went with the duck with absolutely no regrets. This is the 2nd time I've been there in less than one year. Had the pan seared tuna last summer. Melted in the mouth. Just a traveling businessman and was recommended to this placed by two different locals.

Been all over the country. This is one of the best. Highly recommend.

I haven't been around Bristol a lot lately. When I think of eating out when visiting my parents, I think of Ruby Tuesday or other chain restaurants. So when my sister suggested that we have lunch out, I was expecting on of the chains. But she suggested, Brooklyn Grill and off we went.

The first thing I saw when I opened the Crab Cake Sandwich. New York style. I asked how it was, she said it was spicy. My mother asked how much breading is there? Response ... not much it is mostly crab. So I decided to take a chance to try them out.

Well, I wasn't disappointed. It was a large crab cake. Not only was it large, it was delicious.  It was almost too much ... and that is impressive given I am a crab lover.  Freshly made chips are included with all sandwiches.

I will have to make this a regular stop when I am in town.

Love this place.  Food is amazing!  So gourmet and yummy. The owners really work their business.  The husband is the Chef, Carl, and The wife, Laura Beth, waits tables.  They come out and chat to each table and make everyone feel at home.  I love their Salmon, my daughter always get the Ravioli. This is a MUST visit restaurant.

We highly recommend the French onion soup, crab cake sandwich, and the pork Napoleon. The homemade chips are great, and so is the creme brûlée.
If you're in Bristol, you should stop in - it's right off the interstate, and the  family that owns the restaurant is really friendly.

Lunch counter style with a twist of gourmet. Felt like we were in Brooklyn till you would glance out the window and not at the dozens of New York pictures on the wall. Though the Statue of Liberty out front tries to dissuade you. Very polite staff.
