I love this little shop!!  It's tiny, but gorgeously appointed and you feel very comfortable shopping in here, even if it's only you and the sales chica and lovely sleepy dog.

Exquisite selection of lingerie, bras, undies, garters, slips, sleep wear, a few pretty toys that don't look tacky or awkward, and, this was the best yet, a bunch of wife beaters made by AnnFlor Sangan, a designer in Paris.  They have glittery skulls all over the back of the top!  I immediately tried one on and fell in love.

This store is only 2 blocks away from me.  Uh oh.

Kudos to Brooklyn Fox for bringing unique, beautiful lingerie to NYC's best borough. The owner definitely has an eye for quality and detail: the boutique is small with a very pretty layout. After talking to her, I learned that she personally researches and selects the pieces sold in the store.  

The selection is pretty high-end, but there is something for everybody. I saw some cute everyday type stuff for about the same amount you'd pay at Victoria's Secret (which I shouldn't even bother referencing because I don't care for VS at all). Then you've got your Badgley Mischka and Simone Perele... the variety is diverse, yet the selection is classy and works well as a whole.

Because Brooklyn Fox focuses on lingerie, it makes for good one-stop shopping. They have special undergarment cleaner, stockings, nighties, etc. etc. Definitely worth the trek to Brooklyn!  

p.s. I liked it so much, I asked the owner if she was accepting sales applications.

I really cannot say enough good things about this store. The selection is exxtra sexy, exxtra tasteful, absolutely wearable (not a common combo with lingerie), and the store is also very pretty and super well-located in Williamsburg. I live in mid-town Manhattan, and would rather go shopping at this store than anywhere else in Manhattan cuz it's so much easier finding the right lingerie here. Fox carries nothing plain, nothing boring, and you don't have to go through 120 bras to find one that works. Other boutiques seem so cluttered in comparison, making shopping a headache. Went twice in one week, once alone and once with 2 friends that wanted what I got.  PLUS, the shop is actually pleasant to be in. It has a great vibe, and the sales woman is helpful and attentive, so if you DO ask for help with something, she can match you with the right stuff, which isn't very common. Lastly - the labels she carries are simply the best. Whether it's pricey but glamorous Andres Sarda or sweet and soft (and affordable) Eberjey, there is something in here for everyone.You really can't go wrong in this place, and again, it's worth crossing over to Williamsburg for (from Manhattan).  Just don't go before noon like I did the second time! Shop opens at noon...
