Did NOT deliver when requested (I called and placed the order in advance) and when I called the day it should have been delivered his answers was "oops, I've been out of town today, I'll do it tomorrow"....arrangement arrives the next day and is NOTHING like I ordered. I ordered a farmhouse style arrangement with ranunculus and tulips and other spring flowers and I got carnations with one stargazer lily. Disappointed to say the least.

Tony created beautiful floral arrangements (a bouquet/boutonnière) for my son and his date for prom. He worked with us on color, design, was open to our input while providing his professional recommendations. He's earnest and has an artful eye. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome! He delivered our flowers in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to contact him for your special event/occasion.

Do Not order flowers from Anthony's Florist & Gifts in Bowling Green Ky. We ordered flowers for our mom on Mother's Day & they never got delivered & it's been 4 days now. I tried calling the Florist back and it went to a Voicemail that's says this is Anthony, leave a message. We have left several messages and no one returns our call. Now when we call, the number isn't taking calls at all. We were told today that his shop has been closed down for some time now.

HORRIBLE customer service. Does not deliver on time. Owner hung up on me when I called to ask where my delivery was. 1800flowers had to refund- do not order!!

ordered a bouquet through Ava's Florist who sent it to Anthony's - it was one of the worst bouquets I have seen. and then they refused to redo it as they felt it was fine

Ordered flowers for my friend's mother's funeral in Sept of 2020. To my surprise a week after the funeral both my friend & the funeral parlor stated the arrangement was not delivered. I called several times leaving messages that were left unanswered. When I finally got a hold of Anthony on 10/3 he said he would credit my card when he returned to the office that day. Come the end of Oct no refund was issued so I disputed the charge, he told the bank the flowers were delivered and that is why I do not deserve the refund. Now I need to take the next steps. I would expect him to be professional, caring, and ethical and credit my account. Do what is right, businesslike and professional.

My anniversary flowers were supposed to be at my work this morning. They came at 3:15 this afternoon. You can always tell when a florist cares and takes pride in their work. This florist does not. Backwards greenery, dead greenery, outer brown petals left on roses, and what's going on with the bow? It makes me sad for my husband, who ordered them for me. They're not bad; they're just...well, as I said, you can tell when a business cares and this one is skating.

Ordered flowers on a Friday for same day delivery. Never delivered. Called Saturday morning was promised delivery by noon. Never delivered. Called again and was promised delivery by Saturday evening. Never delivered. Called and left messages. No response. Charged $50 And never reimbursed. Have tried several times to make contact. No answer. Leave messages. No response. And Christian is their middle name. Ironic.

What a scam this man is running!! My friend ordered flowers for my sisters funeral in Bowling Green. Never were delivered and no refund as promise. Do not order from this florist!!

My husband purchased flowers for our anniversary to be delivered last Thursday. I never got them and he was charged for them. They didn't even tell him that there was a problem. He will be getting a refund.
