Cliff is awesome. I have utilized his services for a resume as well as a cover letter. Unfortunately, I did not actually get to use the resume for a few months as I got hired at a job right after he sent it to me (so Cliff is good luck as well as a good writer!).
I have been waiting to post a review until I had proof, aside from my own opinion, that the resume/cover letter was good. Well, I took my cover letter and resume over to a company that is notoriously picky and does not usually take them on the spot (you must apply online). Well, after finally getting the manager to look at it he immediately invited me for an interview and I start my new job monday.

*thunk* That was roughly the sound my jaw made when it dropped the moment I saw what Cliff had done with my resume. I've had it now for two days and I'm still speechless.
