Cliff is awesome. I have utilized his services for a resume as well as a cover letter. Unfortunately, I did not actually get to use the resume for a few months as I got hired at a job right after he sent it to me (so Cliff is good luck as well as a good writer!).
I have been waiting to post a review until I had proof, aside from my own opinion, that the resume/cover letter was good. Well, I took my cover letter and resume over to a company that is notoriously picky and does not usually take them on the spot (you must apply online). Well, after finally getting the manager to look at it he immediately invited me for an interview and I start my new job monday.

The amazing resume Cliff did for me got me one job offer and another interview within the first two weeks of looking. I've only applied to like 10 positions, so I think that's a pretty good ratio in this economy. The company who offered the job 100% credited the resume for getting me in the door. They even emailed it around the office admiring it!

I'm SO happy with my resume. I did tons of research for the top resume
writers online(seriously, tons) and came back to Brightside. Thiers was the
best site I found, and they had the amazing service to back it up! Cliff was
a gem. He asked me great questions and got me to think about stuff I'd never
thought about before. He knew exactly what to do take my resume to "the next level" as he calls it. It's a terrible time to look for work but I've
