The best dress selection in the Lehigh Valley. Staff is knowledgable and friendly, unlike other stores. You get your own private room to try on things and individualized service. The staff is extremely detail oriented, and listens to what you like. I bought my wedding dress there and had a super experience.

I had ordered a bridesmaid's dress from Bridals by Sandra for a friend's wedding. Since I live far from their location (like many other members of the bridal party) I called my measurements in to the store. When I received my dress it was easily 2-3 sizes too large for me, and no point on the dress fit at all to my body.
I called the store to complain and I was quickly told that I must have measured myself wrong. I am in the clothing industry and clearly know how to measure myself, so I assured them that this was not the case. The only compromise that was offered was for me to come into the store (2 hours away from me mind you) and they would measure me to see if I measured right. At this point, clearly this was a moot point, seeing as I had a dress in hand that was the wrong size. They said if I had indeed measured myself right, they would alter the dress for me, but I would still need to pay for alterations. I told them this was ridiculous, as I'm not driving 4 hours there and back, dropping off the dress, paying for alterations, and then driving 4 hours round trip a week later to pick up the dress. This was the only option given. I asked for compensation for their error since the estimated alterations were $150 from my local tailor and they refused. My tailor ended up having to take apart every seam of the dress and reconstruct the dress.
Interestingly enough, the other members of the bridal party that had called in their measurements also received dresses that were incredibly too big for them. The only one whose dress fit was the one member that lived close and physically went in to be measured.
The customer service here is terrible. I would not recommend. -

I went to Bridals by Sandra because a few friends had recommended them to me. I had two dresses by Mori Lee and two dresses by Maggie Sottero that I wanted to try on... they didn't have any of them or anything close to it. If this is the best selection in the Lehigh Valley, I would suggest traveling elsewhere. I felt my sales associate was pushy and more concerned with making a commission than finding the perfect dress for me. Overall, this was not a good experience. I would stay away.
