Great insurance agent. I know other companies like Amica claim to have great customer service but I have never had an issue in the four years I have been with Brent. His staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. Whether you're looking at a new car and want an insurance quote or get into an accident, Brent is so helpful.
I got into an accident with an uninsured driver and I knew I had my insurance company on my side. The accident wasn't my fault but they were quick to try and track down the fake insurance company. When they found out it was a fake they objectively laid out all my option available and explained it in an easy to understand way.
Every time I need to make a change to my policy they lay out the pros and cons of each option. I have never felt like they were trying to hide something from me just a get a higher premium. It also help that I have the lowest premiums compared to other companies considering my level of insurance.
