When I called Brent Brown Toyota, I told them that I needed a reflash, as my check engine light was acting funny. It had been giving a cat. efficiency code, but there didn't seem to be a problem. I had replaced one of the O2 sensors already, and the cat. is only a year and a half old. The guy at BB acted very skeptical, and said there was no reason I should need a reflash.

After working on it, he practically yelled at me for doing other work when all I needed was a reflash. That's funny, since he was the same guy who was so skeptical.

While they did good work, they were rude to me, and I believe they would have wanted to replace the cat. if I hadn't told them that I needed a reflash.

I don't plan on going back. Maybe if they treated their customers with respect...

If there was an option to rate this dealer with 0 stars I would do it!  Their service department is by far the worst in the business.  I have tried several times to let them redeem themselves, but everytime the service they provide gets worse and worse.  The brand new 2011 vehicle I purchased from them will never see their dealership again.  Go anywhere but Brent Brown for your Toyota!

I bought a car here about a year ago and it was my 2nd worst car-buying experience:

    The salesman was clueless.

    He lied over and over.

When I got to the finance manager to complete paperwork, they tried to charge me for things that came pre-installed on the car (the digitally signed windows that help police find your car if stolen). That's why I'm insured.

Moreover, I own another Toyota and had it serviced there once. There were 2 problems when I delivered my car;there was a recall that was not repaired properly and they refused to try again unless I paid for it. It was a recall part and your repair didn't fix it.

The other problem had to do with the fact that my warranty was up in like 100 miles but they said they couldn't find a problem. Then, mysteriously, right after the warranty expired they found the problem and wanted to charge me full price.

Horrible service. I love my Toyota but Brent Brown will never get my business again.
