Formerly Heffron's, Brennan's Irish Pub caters to a corporate happy hour crowd, with a (not free) buffet. As the night progresses, Brennan's turns into a nightclub-type place with a cover charge. They host private parties in the upstairs balcony. The menu has wings, appetizers and typical bar fare, along with some traditional Irish entrees like Shepherd's pie and Guinness, though that's about as Irish as I've seen it get. . . I have seen all types of bands here, from country with full participation line dancing, to covers, and a lot of strummy singer/songwriter types. For a brick room it has a good sound, as its wide open with second level doubling as a stage. Nowadays, I think its pretty much a hip hop place, and overall, isn't a place I'd hang out in.

Just an update. Brennan's has closed down! It's a chase bank now.
