They do it all just right. Excellent B&B experience. We've been there ten times. Gourmet breakasts never fail to get you going for the day. Large house with plenty of comfy common areas for lounging. Helpful, friendly, attentive hosts live on site. Lots of fun cultural and historical things to do in area, plus live music and good dining. Convenient to Austin, San Antonio and Houston. Honor bar for soft drinks, tea, and coffee; snack tray on the buffet; TV and videos; large grounds; reading material. We like the Sarah Ellen Room.
