    I guess you can say this place is clean. I wouldn't know because at this hour I was here, the doors were locked and you have to go to the window for service. There's definitely a convenience store in here. The gas prices are about $0.05 more because it's close to the freeway.

    What I do like is a call button so you can talk to the attendant from the pump station. Another good thing is there are paper towels at the windshield washers and the fluid in the washer fluid is bubbly where you know there is some sort of cleaning agent in it. Besides Beverly Hills, I didn't think I could find another gas station that would do that. My windows are now as clean as can be. Thank you very much.

    If I can the rating would be a -10!!

    Today at approximately 5:50pm, after the fill up, my car wouldn't start. After a couple attempts, I called my boyfriend at 5:54pm (per my phone call history) to come assist. I explained the noises it's making and he diagnosed that it could be a bad battery, and advised to not call towing yet until he arrived. He was 5 minutes away. So I waited inside my car because it had just rained and it was still cold. The gas station was a little empty besides maybe 2 people. It's in the evening and I did't feel completely safe just standing outside. No more than 5 minutes of waiting in my car, a female employee working this evening knocks on my window and told me, "You cannot park your here in front of the pump. If you plan to park here for more than 5 minutes you need to let us know, otherwise I will call the police on you." I was dumb founded, couldn't believe the luck I'm in right now. My car breaks down and she's telling me she wants to call the police on me. My car was off, so I don't see the harm to the pump if she was applying that it was. Still, I apologized and said I wasn't aware of the 5 minute rule. It's very upsetting because she was very rude about it. Tonight was my 30th birthday dinner, which I cancelled due to the upsetting nature of everything here tonight. I wasn't in the mood any more. I would understand if I was blocking other customers from pumping and there were long lines waiting. The place was empty! There was probably 1 other customer pumping on the other side of the station. I hope this is my first and only time I am willing to contact the BBB about any business. This attendant really didn't have to come at me in the manner that she did. It was very threatening and unfriendly. I understand businesses are here to make money, I get that, but the place was empty. My car sitting there didn't create chaos, especially to grant calling the police on me.

    I hope management enters this employee into anger management classes, she definitely needs work to improve her attitude.

    I've also gone to the BBB as well, I feel a lot better know that I've been able to vent. =)
