I have a vintage British car and finding places that know how to do the work is difficult to do in the Triad area of NC so when I run across a business that has that kind of experience, I make sure to tell everyone I can about it.
Breedlove is just that kind of place. My Triumph had an overheating issue (like you haven't heard that before) and the North Carolina summer made the car impossible to drive during the day. Those cars do not react very well to overheating so when you are restoring one, you want to make sure you reengineer the cooling system correctly.
When I first walked into Breedlove, right in front of the counter were a STACK of freshly rebuilt Ferrari radiators. That is when I knew I was in the right place.
The rebuilt my radiator with a performance core and I couldn't be happier with the work.
It is a small family run place, so if the flu is going through the place, work can fall behind schedule. But with all vintage cars, we are not looking for fast service, usually.

History
Established in 1943
Luther Breedlove Sr. started the business back in 1943 and was able to expand into our current location at 610 Percy Street in 1968. He passed the torch on to his son Luther Breedlove Jr. (better known by "Junior") which operated the business all the way to June of 2010. At the age of 83 years young he was ready to retire. That's when the business was acquired by Clint Spivey. Clint is no stranger to the business though. Clint grew up in his father's automotive repair business and proceeded to work on some of the most prestigious cars in the world. Clint is a Factory trained Aston Martin and Porsche Technician and specializes in Ferrari's. At one point Clint owned the largest radiator distribution/supplier business in north Alabama. So, no matter if you need your radiator or gas tank repaired or if you need to purchase a new radiator or have your vehicle serviced Breedlove Radiator & Automotive is THE place to go.
