I've been a nanny & a family assistant. I've been a nanny placement agency owner. And just today, even though I don't own the agency any longer, suggested Breedlove's annual pay calculators/the serivce to a family hiring a nanny because BREEDLOVE ROCKS.
The best customer service, the most knowledgeable staff, the best owners who give back to the industry and attend conferences/provide informational sessions on a regular basis... seeming as interested in being a helping hand for the employees, as employers. I know in the past they've gone to bat during litigation regarding pay disputes... They just don't stop working for you. Ever.
In my experiences, you just cannot go wrong with Breedlove. I think wonderful people own it and are employed there and hands down they get my absolute 5 star rating as an amazing business that clients are always thankful to have on their side. -

They are great. As a tax professional firm, we refer our household clients to Breedlove. Excellent customer service and they get us the payroll reports we need, and at a reasonable cost to the client.

Fantastic! We have been using them for years to do payroll for our nannies. Not only do they do a great job in getting the payroll processed, they help navigate through the mystical world of the IRS "nanny tax." Stephanie, Bill and Tom Breedlove are also great people.
