I'm a member at Breakthru Fitness and have been very happy with my membership. Small but has everything necessary for a great workout. This is a low pressure place with an older membership. I've never encountered a crowd. Helpful and enthusiastic staff. They also offer massage services and, of course, physical therapy. No one to try to impress here or, quite frankly, to meet up with if that's your objective.

Meet the Business Owner: Lance K.
Dr. Lance Knaub is the President and co-owner of BREAKTHRU Physical Therapy. In his role, he ensures quality patient care based on the most recent literature and evidence in the field drawing on over 12 years of experience in healthcare and fitness. His philosophy is proactive emphasizing injury prevention, performance enhancement, and wellness. He has advanced manual therapy skills and utilizes a hands-on approach with his patients and clients.
Lance, his wife Jodi, daughter Sage and son Aspen reside in Winslow Township, New Jersey. He is always ready for a pick-up basketball game and loves the outdoors.
