My cousin brought us to this place. We'd been to some other area bar the night before, and it wasn't a chill, good time like we wanted.
So, I was happy that Break Time brought us the relaxed experience we were looking for. Comfy chairs, lotsa space, kind bartender = success.
It would probably actually be a 3.5 and I am rounding up because I am not familiar with this area at all and I got a nice vibe. And my cousin was happy! -

By far, the best locals bar in SB! Always feels welcoming, like coming home. The drink specials make everyone feel like a regular. Free popcorn can be a great substitution for dinner (or at least that's what my girlfriends jokingly say). I've been here a few times and it's become my new favorite spot.

Cool bar, lots of pool tables, but watch out for cops.
I had to hide in the bathroom one night before i was 21 while my buddy got a ticket, oh the good ole days of being too young to drink... -

This place is awesome. Just moved to Goleta, and have been looking for a good place to play pool. With five tables, free popcorn, and free pool from 10 to close! There are also great drink specials then too, like tall cocktails for the price of short. This place is now my new favorite haunt.
