The challenge here is how to write a short to the point review, when there is so much to love.

    To start:
It is the absolute perfect location from Worth Avenue.  The service is top notch, from check to being escorted to the room - everyone is nice and smiling.

    The bar:
The best mixed drinks around.  I highly recommend a martini or bloody Mary.  Probably the best bloody Mary n the island, they also have a nice wine selection.

    Every room:
Has a distinctive personality.  My suite was more like a opulent apartment then any hotel room I have ever stayed in.

    The experience:
You just need to walk around and explore.   There are so many interesting rooms, and the pool area is secluded and romantic.   The hotel is in great shape and beautifully decorated.  I suggest an afternoon glass of wine and cheese plate.

This place makes me wonder why I ever stay at the large chain hotels, when boutiques like the Brazilian court are so much more fun and interesting.

    I'll be back...

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.  The property is quaint and peaceful, services is stellar, and the rooms are very comfortable and cozy.

I am going to try to give an honest balanced review.
The room was not bad. It had older linens and unnecessary extra sofa pillow like things, which brand new could be nice, but we always wonder just how many people have slobbered on them since their last wash.
So, we pretty much chuck them away (and although they spent the majority of the time on the dusty floor, they were probably never freshened-up or washed for the next guests).
Next time (if there is one) we will just have the help take them away.
The bed was not new, and many couples over the years have banged quite nicely on it, I imagine. The bed under sheet/mattress pad was stained to the point that we felt like we were in a brothel but we just tried to ignore it best we could and get on with it.
My GF and I keep our places much cleaner than our room at the BCH.
The room had a nice private minimalistic terrace, which was actually more romantic than the room, because it was not dated cluttered like the room was, and we could easily clean the furniture and make it nice so our trysts went over better on the terrace. Nobody complained about whatever noise came out of there.
The swimming pool was a little on the small side. I would say the majority of the guests treated the pool area like a pig pen, as it was evident that the speed of cleaning up the area by the hired help was so slow, that just to make the area more pleasing to the eye, my GF and I actually started cleaning the pool area ourselves. There were trays of leftover food and drink everywhere and towels all over the place. It was like a party and the pool area was the rape victim, although it was nothing like you'd see in SOBE - it is just that I figured the clientele at the BCH would be a little more classy and well-behaved considering the price of the rooms. Oh well, it just proved to me that BCH is just another hotel, and people generally behave as well or as badly as your mainstream chains. I guess there is a little bit of ghetto in all of us, LOL.
Well, it was not long before someone in charge noticed that 2 guests were doing the hotel's job by cleaning up the pool area, and so he immediately sent some helpers to finish the job we started. In the end, I could care less who did it, as long as it was done.
Then we enjoyed the small pool for a little bit.
The courtyard was pleasing to the eye, but the lobby was nondescript.
Our best times were our dinners out away from the complex. We did manage to have a nice run around the town and the beach was beautiful, but hey I live in Miami so whatever. This is a review about the hotel.
Location: We enjoyed the location, because the neighborhood is very walkable.
Regarding the hotel restaurant, we would have tried it had we been somewhat seduced to eat there, but the staff made no effort whatsoever to try and market the place to us in a way that would help us to make the decision to spend some money there. We were both rather well-dressed both nights we stayed there, and we always seem to get well-placed table-wise. Maybe the staff thought we were snobby and had an attitude, but nothing is farther from the truth. I am more like "prove to me that you are good, and I will give you money and the best attitude, and we'll all have an enjoyable evening."
My GF left 2 expensive blouses in the closet, and we discovered this on our drive back to Miami, but it was too late for us to drive back (11pm). We immediately called the manager upon our return to arrange pickup the next day, and nobody anywhere could find the blouses. We called several times to no avail.
Later one of the staff admitted to us in Spanish (when we went the Spanish route to get the real scoop), that the cleaning staff is accustomed to taking clothes that have been left by guests, because most people are from far away, and they don't really go through the trouble to track them down. He went on to explain that because exec management does not really tolerate this type of behavior, when the rare occasion happens that clients call about leaving clothes and wish to retrieve them, if the clothes have already been stolen, nobody will ever admit to seeing them - and basically the cleaning staff protects one another to keep their jobs safe. He speculated that the help probably assumed we were from a place far away, and were probably too quick to the trigger regarding taking the blouses, especially if they were expensive/high quality.
I did write to complain about the "stolen expensive blouse" incident, and they did send me a coupon for one free night - probably will be in the smallest and cheapest room available - but we are still not super motivated to take them up on their offer, but we will probably do so, because we missed our times strolling around town, and it is a nice getaway from Miami. We obviously hope that our experience will be improved over the last time - but I won't hold my breath. Honestly, when we go back to take the free night, I will have severely low expectations.

Really nice spot i remember when they were refurbishing the place,  I know that you can have your hair done by the Frederic Fekkai he has a little salon in the court, i know they used to do little party's in the court yard too, James Patterson even wrote about this place in his book "The Lifeguard"  The rooms are Clean, Small, and Simple as any Vintage hotel is, I think the Brazilian has been around for many many years, It is an older crowd, an older elegant crowd!  So dress to impress in the classy not crazy way one of my fave places on the Island if your In Palm Beach you have to spend at least one night at the Brizilian Court

Beautiful Courtyard and Bar/Lounge area. During Season it is a hot spot for locals. Hotel rooms are small and simple. If you're looking for a quite, hidden spot this is the place. Located only blocks from Worth Ave, the beach, and restaurants. Primarily a choice for older, quite people.

With some minor exceptions the hotel has very attentive personnel and the rooms are real clean and well kept. If you stay in a studio with a patio ensure you do not face Brazilian Av as the AC units are close by and very noisy....also noisy in the morning because a lot of working activities. You are within walking distance from Worth Avenue and two blocks from the public beach. You can also access(free) the beach club at the Omphoy Hotel(same owners). During one of my stay I had to leave one day early but late in the afternoon, and the hotel did not make me pay for the day nor levied any penalties. If you can, stay at this hotel...you will not regret it .
