We went here while on vacation in Miami. Came across it on the way back up from Key West and OMG!!
Food? This place is amazing! I don't eat red meat (only poultry and fish) and when we told them, they brought out Parmesan crusted chicken, along with some other savory chicken dishes specially made for me!! I have a small stomach and usually cannot eat large amounts in one sitting, but I could not get enough at Braza Lena. I stuffed myself until I almost popped! The salad bar (using that term loosely because the spread was quite impressive) alone could have filled me up.
Service? Amazing. The gauchos really made the whole experience quite enjoyable and made us feel like we were the only people in the whole place.
Atmosphere? You can feel pretty comfortable in just about anything. The atmosphere is quite upscale (which matches the high-end flavor of the food), but not in a pushy way. We had just come from the beach so we were in shorts and did not feel awkward in the least next to a table of people in dinner jackets (who were quite friendly as well).
I really wish they had one here in the Orange County/Los Angeles area. I've actually been looking on there website to see if I can make that request. -

Excellent in the Keys and even very good if not in the Keys.
Very large selection on the salad bar (I hate salad bars and buffets) The meats are good and the service is great. Many places to eat in this area are expensive and do not give you what you pay for. This place is very good for the price.
They bring you a blitz of meats hot off the fire and the bacon wrapped fillet Mignon is a winner. I did have to pass on the chicken hearts. (That was a bit too fear factor for me) -

Yum! Everybody was amazing! We come from Chicago and have high expectations. This did meet them. The host/manager was very friendly and helpful. The meats were cooked perfect and the salad bar was fantastic. You will leave full so come hungry!!!
