Review from Rachelle M.
Encino, CA
I would have posted earlier about Bravo, except that I just signed up for Yelp (and immediately had to rate this salon). Let me just tell you that I have been seeing Kaytee for two years now, and she is absolutely amazing! She is sweet, kind, and so genuine. I was new to the Pasadena area over two years ago and, having no idea where to get my hair done, I opted for a salon (that I will choose not to mention) near my home in Encino that was literally a disaster. And by disaster, I mean some idiot dyed my hair ORANGE two weeks before my wedding!!! A friend of mine recommended Kaytee after I called her in tears, and I have been hooked ever since.
As a natural blonde, Kaytee gives me the absolute best highlights (without making me look like a white-headed freak). I'm never brassy, either, and her cuts/blow drys/styles are amazing as well. I haven't ever had a bad interaction with the receptionists as some have posted (perhaps I was lucky to meet all the new girls) and when Kaytee is doing my hair, a lot of the other stylists come up to me and talk to me (and even somtimes compliment my outfit or something, which is so kind - almost all the girls that work there seem so sweet).
I understand some people cringe at the prices, however, as blonde, perhaps I'm lucky to only need to go about twice a year (I'm a graduated student on a budget, so trust me, I understand the money issue) but I think Bravo and my service with Kaytee is worth every penny (and tip). Thank you Bravo!!!! (and Kaytee!!!) -

This place keeps getting better and better! I swear it's beyond fabulous. Amazing cut by Monique and color by Renne. I love my new look! I just had it colored and cut 24 hours ago and... I was complimented at the mall; even at the grocery store. It's so worth the drive. I leave this place feeling BEAUTIFUL! I recommend any stylist there! If my stylist is booked, I never hesitate to book with someone else. Everyone there seems to be highly knowledgeable and trained! I think I will try their new blowout section they just added next week! Can't wait!

I LOVED my MASSAGE! Rasheeda (I hope I gave the spelling of your name justice)your fingers are magic! I will definitely be coming back. I found my therapist, newly moved to the Pasadena area and I had been missing getting my massages and couldn't find any therapist worth the buck, but boy have I now, thank you so much perfect pressure so strong to be so little, much appreciated bravo, you'll be seeing me often.

I still love Bravo. So much. I have been a regular since the beginning of Bravo. My eyebrows are now simply beautiful-- always thanks to Sarah. I was fortunate enough to have my hair done by owner Monique. She did an incredible cut and style.
Most recently I visited for the Kerastase free condition/style day. My hair was fabulous! Thank you Alicia!
I just wanted to say, thank you again, ladies, i still love you, and I still honor you with 5 stars, I'd give 6 if I were able!Listed in: mtbchick's 'hood

There's no place like Bravo. The staff is friendly, the attention to their clients are a priority, and they're truly like a family. Walking into the the salon is always a treat. It seems, as it should be, that everyone is welcome.
A huge A+ is given to Monique, who is not only amazing at cutting hair, but beyond dedicated to maintaining the salon to its best. She'll always do what she can to make her clients feel comfortable and leaving the place feeling great.
I'm really picky about my curly hair, it's style, the treatment of it, even down to how I like the finishing touches. Bravo gives me the freedom to get my hair done as I wish and is always willing to help me find new ways of rediscovering my look when I'm ready.
Taking some time out of my schedule to make it to Brave is really a treat. I highly recommend this salon! Love, love, love! -

I went here a while back because I thought it was neat and trendy. I got a hair dye (my first time--which was a decent experience with the hair stylist) and a facial (pretty decent as well) on another occasion. But, now that I think of it, this place is kinda small.. and the receptionists are really snotty. Every time I went, they do this thing where they ask you how much gratuity you want to leave after charging your card. NOT considering HEY, maybe I don't want to leave ANYTHING cause I had a bad experience, OR even why are you figuring out the tip for me? Give me my signature receipt so I can do it myself. So dumb.. just a way to make sure you leave tip.. Which, I did (I wasn't as assertive back then hhaha).
The facial I had was short and snappy. For the price, it wasn't worth it. Hope they've improved their services/hired new non-snotty receptionists.Comment from Monique M. of Bravo Spa and Salon 9/4/2011

Downgrading my review because Amber, my go-to brow shaping girl, left. And when I called to make an appointment with her, they woudn't tell me where she had gone. Thankfully, I did some investigative work and discovered that she moved just across the street to Integrity Skin Care.
Anyway, I went to another brow shaping person before Amber, and she was pretty good, hence the three stars. The space is nice, and so is the location. But the cuts are too pricy for my pretty simple hair.1 Previous Review: Show all »

The front desk of Bravo is the worst. I have been the salon three times with my daughter and each time, the front desk has ignored us or forgotten us. First time, we sat for 30 minutes past the appointment. When I went to the front desk, I was told --"Oh I forgot to tell her you were here and now she has another appointment." The next time, we were seated in the waiting area again to be told 5 minutes later that the eyebrow person called in under the weather. So no appointment. You can come back in two days for our first available appointment.
Silly us, we did! Again we walked in the girl behind the desk never looked up or acknowledged us. Then when we said we had an appointment and inquired was the staff in, we got attitude because we were bothering her time on the computer.
Once you get to the wonderful women working on your hair or eyes brow, you are in good hands. If you can get past the attitude at the front, you will like the salonComment from Monique M. of Bravo Spa and Salon 9/4/2011

Amber is the bomb!!! I met Amber at Amadeus Spa and followed her to Bravo. She is the absolute best when it comes to eyebrows!!!!
She is gorgeous, and when she is done working magic on my eyebrows I feel gorgeous too. Everyone at Bravo is super nice and accomodating. I love this little place.

I used my groupon to get my haircut, color, and massage this week. First thing, I didn't realize that the tint service on the groupon was basically a touch-up for your roots only. If you wanted to get your entire head of hair colored, you have to pay an extra 25 bucks. When the groupon said "tint service", you automatically think it involves your whole head, not just the roots. Oh well, just take some extra money when you go to use your groupon.
I got my 30 min neck and shoulder from Rasheeda--she was AWESOME! She asked me what kind of pressure I preferred (firm) and she did her magic. Rasheeda's massage is in my top 3 all time best massages ever! I will definitely be back for her massages.
My hair was colored by Kim. She's the blonde with pink hair and I have to say that I really like my color. I mentioned to her that I have chemically straightened hair and was able to get the deep color saturation I wanted without damaging my hair at all. I was satisfied with my color.
My haircut was by Pam. She gave me "shape" to my long thick mane of hair. Translation: a whole shitload of layers. I told her that I didn't have a lot of time for a high maintenance cut so I needed something that would look good without extensive styling. When I left the salon, I looked GREAT! but since, my hair is all over the place. Layers bending the wrong way and basically, making it so that I can't leave the house without ironing my hair. Sheesh.
Would I return if I have to pay the full price? Bravo's prices are quite high and I won't be back for cuts, maybe the color, definitely the massages. -

The appointment person I dealt with needs lessons in business etiquette. I called to change the time of my 5-minute consultation scheduled that afternoon (my actual appointment was still 6 days away).
She told me that usually I need to give them 24 hours notice or my credit card would be charged, but that she'd change it this time. I replied that that policy only applies to actual appointments, not consultations, which only take a few minutes.
She conceded that that's true, but then repeated what she said about the 24-hour policy. ??? She acted as if she were doing me a favor.
I refuse to spend money at a business that handles its customers so clumsily and arrogantly.
I called back ... and canceled BOTH my consultation and appointment. -

I have been going here since it opened... and I have been seeing the colorist (Renee) and stylist (Monique) even longer! I LOVE Bravo... they are always professional and greet me when I come in. I have never had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment. Renee has ded my hair dark brown, light brown, platinum blonde...highlights, solid color... you name it, she has done it! And my hair always is left shiny with no damage. Monique cuts and styles my often unruly, curly hair beautifully. She can always replicate any style i am looking for. I see Sarah for waxing and she takes her time and is amazing at shaping my brows! The receptionists are always friendly and offer me water, tea, etc. I have spent hours and hours at Bravo and never had a bad experience!! I drive almost 40 minutes just to go to this salon...that is how much I love it!

I was in Pasadena for a wedding, so I went to Bravo to have my hair styled. My extensions are growing out and my hair is pretty long and unruly. So, I was looking for some help styling it in a relatively low key up do. I cannot remember the name of the gal who did my hair, but I liked her. She did a lovely partial up do with low, curly pony tail. She was very personable and chatted with my as she worked. My only issue is that she did not secure it enough. Bits of it were coming out within an hour or so of leaving the salon.
If you book a styling appointment here, be sure to be clear on weather or not you want your hair styled up or down. There was some confusion when I arrived because the woman that my appointment was booked with only styles hair down. Luckily the woman that does up dos was available to step in. -

I would follow these girls to the ends of the earth.
Full Disclosure: The girls have become my friends but the gushing I'm going to do is honest and sincere.
Most of the staff here got their start at the Amadeus Spa in the Paseo but needed to spread their wings. Most of their clients are so devoted, they followed the girls over to Bravo.
Monique is the owner and cuts hair like no ones business. She's trained at Bumble and Vidal to name a few. She's incredibly versatile- from faux-hawks to finger waves. If you have an exact idea of what you want or no clue at all, her expertise will lead you to the best cut of your life. She's the f-ing best! Bravo is her baby and the love she feels for it and what she does is palpable.
Rene does color and she's fantastic!
Sarah is the only person in the WORLD I will let touch my eyebrows.
Honestly, I never looked as good as I did after these girls came into my life. They are all so funny, kind and sometimes a little kooky.
The place itself is a reflection of Monique's modern, sleek and comfortable style. You can also stock up on some of the best hair and skin products around as well as unique gifts and such.
I could go on for hours about how much I love these girls and Bravo. Honestly, there is nothing more refreshing than going into a hip salon and being met with genuine kindness instead of stuck up attitudes.Listed in: Time to shine

Review from Tina N.
I only had an eyebrow design here. I specifically chose a salon with bumble&bumble since my regular salon carries those products. I drove all the way from San Diego to this place to get my eyebrows done. The place is very cute and when I went, hardly anyone was there. They played a random old school movie and had water/treats out for customers.
The lady who helped me, I forgot her name but she had a slight gap in the middle of her teeth and had short blonde hair.
She was nice BUT she RUSHED the waxing design.
HEY! I know it doesn't take a LONG time but damn, she could have been slower and more careful. Also, when I told her about my regular place, she dissed it and told me not to go there etc etc.
Plus, after I got my eyebrows done, they were soooo red. NEVER have they been so red. And I got so many pimples around my eyebrows!
I refuse to go here for another eyebrow design!!! But I might try out the hair styling but definitely not by the same lady! -

I've been coming to this salon for...a couple of years, maybe? I usually dread going to the salon. I've had my face scratched, blow-dried; I had one lady tell me that my hair wasn't really thick (although I assured her it was) and then when she was drying it she told me she'd have to charge me extra for having thick hair. Needless to say, it's hard to find a great salon/stylist.
Bravo is cute; it's a small salon located just right of Coffee Bean, so don't get lost. Everyone is always friendly. Kaytee's been cutting my long hair for a while; she's fantastic. She always takes off just enough and gets rid of the bulk so I look less mangy. It's really important, especially if you have longer hair, that you get a stylist who will listen. My hair always grows out well (I get it cut 4 times a year). I think we all want about the same experience--to leave looking good, to have a stylist tell us we're at least reasonably pretty and not pull your hair. It's a nice salon and an oasis from work and school.
And they have cool local artwork on the walls. Give it a shot; you won't hate the service, but if you hate the cut (and someone always will no matter the place), I guarantee your hair will grow back. Seriously. -

I love may hair cut lady - Andrea (Andy). I've gone to her a few times (will definitely keep going back to her) and I've loved my haircut every time. The price is very reasonable.
The only down side about this place is their customer service. They're not exactly the most friendly people. But I love Andy, so I don't mind it. -
Review from Just another Pasadenian ..
Pasadena, CA
I just got my haircut over the weekend by Kaytee. She is super friendly and sweet. But more importantly, she listened to what I wanted, clearly told me what she planned to do to my hair to address my needs and lastly did a great job on my hair. In case you are curious, I had crazy split ends in uneven spots and asked Kaytee to fix the hot mess as well as give me a more contemporary cut that required little maintenance. She not only was up for the challenge but also offered complimentary maintenance on my layers, if they got too heavy. Also call me antisocial but I kind of dread the chatting when I'm getting a haircut...but Katyee was rather easy to talk to and there were times when we weren't talking and I didn't really feel uncomfortable. Pretty awesome, right?
Agree with the reviewer that said the staff is very attractive but they do put you at ease, which is much appreciated. I hate being uncomfortable in a place that is supposed to beautify me.
The only reason it's 4 stars is because as much as I appreciate the ambiance, the convenient free parking and the comfort of knowing my hair was in good hands, I still have a hard time justifying spending *that* much on a haircut. The cuts start at $75 for women. I didn't ask but I also wasn't told how much a cut would be with Katyee...it ended up being $85. And to be clear 4 stars is a great rating - it's "Yay! I'm a fan." If I gave it 5 stars ("Woo hoo! As good as it gets!") then the cuts would be just a tad less....and actually, I bet you'd get more frequency at a little lower rate. However, since Kaytee offered complimentary maintenance in between, I think she gets 5 stars...ack, I'm so indecisive tonight!!! -

There is no doubt in my mind that Bravo is THE salon in Pasadena! I have been going to Bravo for years have sat with almost every girl for every beauty treatment possible: hair cut, hair dye, hair straightening, make up application, waxing, massage, and more! Never a bad day at Bravo.
Beautiful staff on the inside and out. Great location, great parking. 5 stars to the max. The bravo girls even transformed me on my wedding day. If you haven't been, you are missing out. -

I go here every three weeks for an eyebrow wax and eyelash extensions. I highly recommend Amber for both. She is quick but thorough.... I don't have to worry about wasting my whole night here! I had gotten my lash extensions at another salon before and it took 2+ hours... Amber was able to do it (and do it better) in 30 minutes! I get complimented on them all the time! They look fantastic and I don't have to bother with mascara... ever! :) She also does an amazing job on my eyebrows. I'm the girl who has no natural arch in my eyebrows but Amber was able to make one for me that flatters my face. I love them! Plus, I'm not sure what kind of wax they use, but I can walk out of there without being all red and irritated from the experience. It's great!
P.S. I also had a full bikini wax done there once with Amber also. It was virtually pain free and so quick that it was over in record time. She did a great job but the price of a full wax is a bit too expensive for me so I get it done elsewhere. -

Sara's lovely. She's makes every visit relaxing, enjoyable, and simply..fun. I typically only get an eyebrow wax every 4 weeks but even those 20 minutes spent are escape enough. By far, my most consistent and sweet esthetician yet! I never feel as though she's rushed, and she always ensures that I'm happy. What more can a girl ask for?
Thanks Sara! -
Review from C T.
Los Angeles, CA
The girls are really friendly, and the decor of the salon is hip, fun, and girly. I had my brows done by Sarah, and she did a fantastic job the first time. She was really thorough and spent a lot of time on them, even asking if I were on any derm medications . I think the second time she was a little rushed and she missed some hairs, so I would suggest trying her at a non-busy time. They charge $25 for brows.
Then I had my hair-cut by Kaytee, and she's a sweetheart. I got this promotion for a complimentary conditioning treatment along with my haircut, and now that I found Kaytee, I may be coming back. She spent a good hour on my hair, cutting it, drying it, straightening, then cutting it again. She is young so I'm guessing she stays pretty current with the trends. She is totally hip herself. Anyway, this place is great for pampering, and I would come here when I'm feeling in need of a pick-me-up or for a special occasion. -
Review from A. A. A.
Pasadena, CA
Well, I have a two year relationship with Bravo. I think their work is largely fabulous, their decor great, their prices... tough to swallow.
I probably have to move on for that reason... it's not exactly that I don't think it's worth it but I do think it's a little unreasonable, and bottom line is I just really can't pay it, and even more so now in these tough economic times. So, I'm tempted to give 3 rather than 4 stars but if cost/value were not a consideration i would give 4.5 stars. So I'll stick with 4 stars.
They are good at what they do, and I value their work but i would say everything seems 10-20% overpriced EXE: haircuts should start at $60-$65. Because I think there is a general pricing-me-out problem, I am not going to note that in the reviews of the individuals below as it's a given.
Here's some reviews on some of these fabulous women:
Hair (Andy) - she has been instrumental in changing my relationship with my hair. She is really good at what she does, she has a natural knack for the artistry of it. She gives great cuts and is as sweet as can be. My single only complaint: I often felt rushed out for the next client and/or my hair was not finished being styled when i left partly because of the kind of hair. But after spending $75, i want to walk out looking cute, not with partially wet/partially styled hair, albeit with a cut cut.
Make-up (Sarah) - did special event make-up and it was perfect... i've never liked pictures of myself so much!
Make-Up (Sarah) - waxed eyebrows, thought it was alright, had my first Brazilian with her--nearly painless plus her demeanor puts you at ease and makes you less uncomfortable with the concept and your own nudity. I was pleased until my next Brazilian (which was cheaper and also not very painful) which made me realize that there was a little more work that needed to be done on the one I got with Sarah.
Massage (Pam) - 1x had a massage with her it was excellent.
Hugs to the Bravo gals. I wish i could continue to afford you. -

as usual, i was getting bored of my almost-3-month-old perm and the layered cut i got not too long ago. i felt it still looked a lil blah, so i decided to get another haircut. i called bravo hoping they have a spot for me, being that i wanted to get this thing done, like right now! i didn't wanna be my usual self and just walk in. they set me up for an appt. an hour from the time i called (another client ended up canceling).
i got to the salon, and as usual, checked in and was offered drinks while i waited for 5 minutes for monique to finish up on another client. i showed her this hairstyle a la joan jett but more demure, which by the way is a style i've been wanting forever!!! when i got my brazilian blowout, i wanted this style but the one stylist who i knew could do it was telling me that she didn't wanna thin out the bottom of my hair to achieve the style because i'm more likely to get split ends that way. i was swayed away from the style since my hair was pretty fried already and had a lot of split ends. i was looking on line the night before i got the hair cut and saw the same style on a medium length, permed hair and i decided to just go for it.
i didn't get the assistant's name, but homegirl gave me one of the best head massages when she washed my hair! after the wash, i sat on her chair, and monique does her business. she blow dried my hair straight, which i was kinda 'eh' about because i wanted to see the hairstyle with my perm, but she said she wanted it straight so she can fine tune the style - which she did with brilliance! as she cut my hair, she thanked me for having her create a hairstyle that's more "out there" than the usual bob that seems to be asked of her to do everyday (she called it a certain name, but i don't wanna put her on blast).
big thanks to monique for creating a hairstyle that i've wanted for soooooo long!! a very relaxed, professional environment in this salon. everyone that works here present themselves very well, and all of the services that i've gotten here has been the best. i definitely recommend bravo.2 Previous Reviews: Show all »

I've battled with my color as most women seem to but now I have found the girl!! Cristin graduated from the Vidal Sasson school (not just took a class and says she's Sasson trained) then went to color school at Bumble and Bumble in New York and ended up teaching there! If that's not experience I don't know what is.
Anyway, my ends were light, my roots were dark and it was not good. I'm now even with perfectly handpainted highlights for $135.
Plus, if you refer 3 people you get a major discount on your next service.... Tell her that Rebecca S. sent you!!!! -

I've been a client at Bravo Salon for years and I always leave there feeling very happy and looking totally fabulous. The girls that work there have so much personality and they work well together. There is no cattiness, competition or gossiping that is sometimes seen in other salons. Instead you can see a real sisterhood amongst the women and a healthy camaraderie towards one another.
There are a bevy of great colorists Liz, Kymmie and Rene. They're all rock star beautiful, entertaining and extremely talented with color. Liz has been my colorist for 5 years and she keeps me a true golden blond. My hair is never brassy, washed out or damaged looking. I'd trust any one of these girls with my color.
Additionally, both Monique and Andy are excellent with scissors and styling. Andy was even kind enough to volunteer her hair cutting services at a women's homeless shelter in Pasadena. Monique is AH-MAZING and gifted , she's not afraid to experiment with my long locks and change things up. I always leave her chair looking like a million bucks.
If you're in the mood for a facial, waxing or makeup application then both Sara and Doska are wonderful. Both girls have extensive knowledge about skin care and makeup application. I promise if you try Bravo Salon you'll leave with more than great skin, hair and movie star looks, you'll also experience feeling part of a positive and supportive sisterhood. -

when bravo first opened, i took my daughter to have her first facial on her birthday. and, of course, while she had her facial, i had to kill time somehow, right? so i got a massage. ;)
and when we were done, we met in the lounge area in the rear and were treated to a mini afternoon tea. it wasn't particularly spectacular, but it was good, and a lovely way to end our afternoon. the kid loved her facial and was excited to receive a little care package that contained a set of skincare products aimed specifically at younger girls.
we've been here for other treatments probably another two or three times, and each time everyone has been nothing but friendly and professional. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. -

I feel very lucky to have run into Kymmie for coloring, and Pamela for cut and style. I cherish being a customer of people who love what they are doing. Kymmie and Pamela always seem happy and confident about trying new things, so I feel like I can always tell them if I like something or not, or more importantly I can trust they won't feel bad if I ask for something new. They are also quintessential instructors with a natural talent for teaching people. I trust them fully to give me the best color, cut, style, and advice.

As I walked down Lake Ave on a lazy afternoon, I spotted a sign that said something about a new me waiting for me around the corner. Since I wasn't particularly fond of the old me's hair, I thought I'd make an appointment. I chose Monique, since she seems to be the one to see in this salon, but, as luck would have it, Monique is on maternity leave for 3 months. So I was going to have to pick someone else.
I made an appointment with Kaytee, and I'm really glad I did. I think she might be a magician. My hair actually looks like healthy hair again- not like the bus driver's hair on South Park- and let me tell you, that is nothing short of a miracle. The salon itself has a minimal modern decor, minus the uptight, snooty attitude. I'm so psyched to have found this place- and I can walk there!
One more thing- everyone that works here looks awesome- so well put together! Walking in there with a black t-shirt and a pair of jeans, I almost wish I had dressed better (but let's face it- 10am on a Saturday- it's not going to happen). It sure made me want to go shopping though..... -

I've been going here since I moved to LA and am not remotely tempted to try another salon. The atmosphere/vibe is great...no pretentious industry people. The prices are about average, my partial highlights and cut runs about $200, but worth every penny. Kim is amazing for highlights/color and Andy is a genius at cutting hair! Every time I go Andy teaches me another way to do my hair...a service cherish! I look forward to seeing and chatting with them. No awkward silence or forced small talk here! Just top notch service and results!!

The reception staff is great - very friendly. My main complaint was that I booked an appointment with Renee and while she did a great job on my hair, she was 35 minutes late and the entire time I sat in the waiting area, no one came to tell me she was running behind. When she finally took me, she didn't even apologize for running so late - a little "I'm sorry you have been waiting" would have gone a long way. As a busy professional, I would have appreciated a phone call to tell me she was running behind so that I could have been in the office a little longer and not reading dated magazines in a plastic chair.

I've been going to this salon for about 3 years now for haircuts and a massage or two.
I have never had an even slightly negative experience here. The owner, Monique, is amazing in every way--she is the most amazing hair stylist (I won't let anyone else touch my hair), and she is the sweetest woman.
The massages I've had here have spoiled me forever. The space is completely polished and relaxing, and there is an area in the back for post-massage water (with cucumber slices, mind you) and relaxation.
Love, love, love this place. -

This salon is awesome very spacious urban/modern look. Customer Service is excellent everyone is so friendly. Everytime I walk in & leave i feel great & look great...it's uplifting. I always wanna hit the nitelife right after!
The location is great it's on south lake free parking near macys & coffee bean. The salons new hours are convient to a working mom like me. How cool is it that salon opens at 7am on a Thursday.
Monique does my haircuts. I am always 100%+ satisfied...she knows exactly what I want when we talk. I like the fact that she is so detailed with her work & everytime I'm in her chair we have a blast. It never fails that I always get compliments everywere I go from family, friends & random strangers. She can honestly create any kind of look! (posh bob, pixie, beautiful layers, a-semtrical bob) I have done almost every look.
Sarah restored my eyebrows she's great at waxing finally someone I can trust not to take out a huge chunk of my brow. All I need to do now is try her facials .
Liz does my color wow she really knows what she's doing. She really cares about your hairs health which I like she does amazing highlights & if ur indecisive about what color leave it up to her she will work her magic.
As I sit in each chair for my services, I notice the other stylist great personalities & that they are very detailed with there work. They actually listen to you and what you want instead of the typical "this is what im going do to u. They do great updos & blowdrys too .
I also do the pedi & mani there so relaxing and such a great variety of polishes.
I also hear there massages are great I haven't had time to squeeze one in just yet.
I give this salon 100 stars ! -

I've been going to Bravo since December of 2006. So, it's been a while. Pam is great! She always cuts my hair and is always open to new things. She's great at helping me change my hair style without being too dramatic or having the ability to have one hair cut, but different ways of styling it. The staff is very friendly and the ambience/environment is very relaxing. I highly recommend Bravo to anyone willing to try something new. Trust me you won't leave this place!

Review from Maureen M.
Pasadena, CA
I moved to Pasadena from Boston and seriously considered flying back to my old stylist for cut & color. Then, I realized this was completely unrealistic. I found Pam & Kym on Yelp and took a chance. I've been going to them for 6 months now and my hair has never looked better. I've gotten so many compliments since I switched. They're amazingly talented--and super sweet as well!
