6 reviews for Bravo! Cucina Italiana
I had mixed feelings about this restaurant. My girlfriend and I started off by splitting the calamari and insalata mista (mixed green salad). The calamari was about average but our waiter raved about it. The salad was really good and was really enjoyable.
For entrees, we had the pizza napoli and cheese ravioli. The pizza was good but too salty. The cheese ravioli was tasty but if this was the only thing I ate then I would definitely not be full.
The service here was good and the prices are pretty reasonable too ($10-13 for entrees). We sat outdoors and the atmosphere is very nice and relaxed, and I would definitely come back in the future.
When asked, lobster and shrimp ravioli is what my server recommended. I went for it and was mildly pleased. I don't know what I was thinking, really, because I've never been a huge fan of shrimp. And lobster is basically a giant shrimp--right? Oh, I don't know. I grew up never trying much seafood since my dad's allergic to it.
This is a new restaurant. So while I was a little annoyed at how inexperienced some of our servers seemed, I'm cutting them some slack. Hell, I'll cut the whole place some slack and give it four stars. They're trying. This'll be a great place to go after some shopping, and especially for big parties.
We chose to revisit Bravo Cucina due to our http://restaurants.com coupon. I am so glad we gave it another try, bcause my lasagna was the best, and my hub had an amazing salad which he raved about We left very satisfied, although we realized you really have to watch what you order here.

I'm giving this place 1 star because when you order any entree, at any restaurant and have to eat… Read more »
I am a big fan of Italian food and it is hard to find a place that can cook al dente pasta and have sauce that tastes like it doesn't come out of a bag or a can.
We have gone to Bravo's twice now and have not been disappointed either time.
The service was excellent and the prices are reasonable, entrees are $9 to $25 or so.
The tortellini florentine and the shrimp fra diavolo are both delicious entrees, the lobster bisque was smooth and creamy, and their mocha crunch gelato is delicious and huge for what you pay.
For three people with drinks, a bottle of wine, three entrees, and three desserts we paid just over $100.
Minus a star for having to wait much longer than the estimated wait time of 30 minutes.
lol. worst service, soup tasted like Campbell's from a bag.
We went here for our workgroup's holiday lunch celebration... and they were evidently disorganized enough to have lost a reservation for 8. We even had them call to the other branch to make sure it wasn't a random brain mis-fire on the boss' part. Luckily, it wasn't a problem to seat us all, and the wait staff were all very careful to make sure the rest of our visit went well. For a chain, this place has a nicely rustic feel, and the food is good. And every one of us left with a doggie-bag at the end of the meal. We shared some tasty starters (I'm a sucker for that spinach-artichoke dip, generally, and this was good, but nothing fantastic or unusual). And nobody mentioned any dissatisfaction with any of the dishes... it's just... a chain--and there is a lot of competition for unique, well-prepared, fresh Italian food. So if somebody really wanted me to go there with them, I would probably return. I just wouldn't seek it out again, when I know there are other local options looking for my support.
