These apartments are not as described! ive been here for 5 years and not much has been done to improve these unkept propertie! Things are literally falling apart! I've had bugs the whole time I've lived here! The bug man says his formula does not stain anything. It did stain my comforter. My carpet is a mess! The guy they have cleaning the carpet was here for less than 1/2 hour. He was on the phone the whole time and did a horrible job. There are areas where the carpet is dirtier than it was before he came! It's like he but tha solution down but did not suck it up! The cheapest carpeting is now in need of stretching as it is crumpled up in several places! We have no outdoor slickest for watering the plants that I have outside! They do not wash windows. I've been asking for a new clothes washer. I have to respin every cycle and that does not work at all. I have to dry the clothes several times as they are wet, not damp when put in the dryer. Recently it literally ate one of my bathroom rugs! I have had black mold issues. The first time it happened they had some men come in. All they did was cover up the stains which are now back again! I was cleaning the inside of my car and went inside for a brief time to rest. I looked at my car and said to myself
I don't need to lock it, it's in my driveway and not for long. As I was going in the apartment, in the corner of my eye I saw a boy running real fast. Fast enough that he just disappeared! He had stolen my handicap sticker right out of my car in my driveway! I could not believe it!! If he could run that fast he, obviously was not handicapped but I am!! You know who you are and I would appreciate you coming back to give me what you stole!! The pool has been an issue the whole time I've been here!! It is closed more than opened!! They make excuses but it is pure laziness on their part!! it had severe mold issues so the water became green! Nobody was maintaining it!! If you are 1 day late on paying your rent you are charged $75.00,:Yes $75.00 and they can't or won't prove it to you that they received it late. I'm serious!! I'm beyond unhappy. I'm disgusted!! I'm hoping new management will turn this around!! So far, since the change things are looking up. I hope that continues!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

DO NOT rent here. Only plus is apartments are big. Everything else is junk and ridiculously over priced. Property mgmt is awful, no upgrades to these old builder grade junky units. Maintenance is so sub par and maintenance staff is rude and lazy and takes zero pride in their work. We had to live here short term temporarily and could not wait to vacate here. Zero stars if posdible

If one doesn't have to deal with the terrible management staff often, then the actual apartments have a nice layout and very spacious.
The problem is the terrible front office staff. Their rates change "by the day....like a hotel" per their standard line to its customers. Your quoted rate could be $1900 on Monday and $2200 on Friday! Everything is too late once you've signed the dotted line....so be VERY careful.. The one thing they NEVER tell you is that you can pay a slightly higher monthly rate and avoid any early termination penalities should you choose or pre-planned to leave early.
Additional issue with the apartment is that the windows are not sealed properly. They become VERY cold in the winter and your heating bill is really high.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I wish I could have given zero star but there was no option. People are grandiose there, were not aware of all policies, rent price was different while showing as compared to the one when we went to sign the lease, even then because of busy schedule we were ready to sign but then there was long processing time so we changed our mind thinking same would be the services. I wish in this age of competition they should take things seriously.
