This place creeps me out.  I went here one time to see one of  Blake's bands play and it was a weird experience.

The place looks like a pub that's been stretched out and given a stage.  The night I went it was full of 20 somethings there to see the band and the much older folks (that seemed to frequent the place) either looked at us in disgust or leered at our bums.

I think they were usually used to jam bands and they were not seeing one tonight!

When me and my friends tried to get drinks at the bar the bartenders ignored us.  They kind of glanced at us and snorted like they didn't believe we were old enough to drink.  When one bartender finally stopped chatting to the locals he came over and scrutinized our ID's like we had just made them at home a half hour ago.

Unless you're an aging hippie who likes to hang out in bars with your counterparts and pray that the old chubrat in the tube top will give you a piece I wouldn't go here.

Can you say: crap hole?

This "bar" and "music venue" is located in a strip shopping center on Roswell Road, sort of more in Sandy Springs than Buckhead, though they claim to be in Buckhead. You come in and find a massive, dingy room with the lights down low so people can't see how hideous it actually is. Most of the staff is old and creepy and stares the lady folk down like they have x-ray vision.

One of my bands played here once and while we were in the back getting ready to go, the old that supposedly runs the place kept hobbling in and drooling and asking if we wanted to smoke weed with him. A bunch of old hippies are in charge here and seem to love to relive the glory days when they'd go shirtless to see the Dead and drink till they pass out.

Other than the tiny stage, there's a small cruddy kitchen and some old tables where you can order dinner if you're brave enough to ingest what might come out. I was not.

I don't know why on earth anyone would come here.
