#bouncefarm has had a great run in our current location. Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever and our building has been sold. We will be closing our doors temporarily on April 28th, 2019. The plan is to have our new facility up and running by mid July of 2019. Please look on our website or Facebook Page to get regular updates. Until then, we will continue with Open Bounce Monday through Friday in April from 10 am to 4:30 pm with extended hours for Family Night on Thursdays till 7:30. Sunday, April 7th will be the only Sunday this month for Open Bounce from 10am to 2 pm. We have had such an awesome experience with all of our families watching their little ones grow up here. We look forward to Phase 2 of #bouncefarm later this summer.

Took my kids here for the first time last week. What a blast! It was very clean, not too crowded and was an excellent way to burn some toddler energy!
We loved it so much, I called to book my child's upcoming birthday party here. It seemed a little pricier than other places, $395 for 2.5 hours, but he loved it and they provide food/cake so we thought it would be worth it. When I inquired about bringing in a sandwich platter in addition to the pizza they offered, they insisted on charging an additional $75. Yikes! I just simply asked to bring a small sandwich platter. She said they do this because some people "take advantage". I told her we weren't those people, just wanted offer something healthier in addition to pizza. Seems like they are the ones taking advantage... really $75 for me to bring a few sandwiches?Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We appreciate your review, our party rules allow hosts to bring in both a vegetable platter and fruit platter to go with their pizza. Any other outside food requires a minimum $75 cleaning fee. We are not able to make exceptions on a per customer basis. We hope you continue to join us for open bounce.

Will not patron this business again.
I'm charged a kid rate for my 14 month old to sit on my hip. Ridiculous.
The little kid area is separate from the big kid area so I can't watch all of my kids
Breastfeeding is only allowed on the upper floor. Seeing other reviews, they aren't BFing friendly at all.
Don't even get me started on their bday party rules. No outside food except fruit and veggies. We have dietary restrictions and this won't work for us, they do not care.
Rude staff.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We appreciate you taking the time to review your time with us. We encourage you to look closely at our rules and guidelines; breastfeeding is allowed everywhere in our facility but we prefer that is takes place in the upper room because of the surface of our floors downstairs. Also, anyone with dietary restrictions is welcome to bring in special food for an individual for birthday parties.

Just had my daughter's 6th birthday party at Bouncefarm, and it was the best experience. Dianna was our coordinator, and she was amazing. Diligent, funny, responsible, kind...we just loved her. The other lady (sorry forgot her name), was also amazing. A+ for service. And A+ for facility. It's like Pump it Up but much much cleaner, newer and spacious. The eating area is very fun too. I also love the fact that they provide the pizza and cupcakes, apart of your package. You literally bring your drinks and veggie or fruit tray. They provide everything else. You even get a framed picture at the end of your bday kid with all her presents.
Seriously loving this place so much, I might consider throwing my own birthday there (joking). But I can't wait to go back for my other daughters birthday :)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 18, 2018
This kids playground is plenty of fun. We came here for a birthday party and it is warm, spacious and full of bounce houses for kids to jump up and down and do slides! They have big private dining areas for private parties and a super cool java house in the back that offered us free crafted coffee beverage on the house! Their homemade pumpkin spice latte is a killer!
When it came time for food/cake, the staff assisted us with setup, cleaning and the package even came with free pizza for the guests. We had a lot of fun here and it seemed like a great place to host a party.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

We had our daughter's 4th bday party here today. I normally enjoy entertaining people at our house but we have a new baby so I've been exhausted allll the time.
I am SO HAPPY we chose bouncefarm for her party. My daughter had the best time ever. The people working there are sooo sweet and everyone in my party said how well organized they were. The price is not the cheapest, but I think it was well worth it. The cupcakes were delicious and adorable. Vanilla tasted like pound cake mmmm! Pizza was yummy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality, effortless, kid's birthday experience.
Only drawback is that they don't sell or allow you to bring in alcoholic beverages. A beer would have been so enjoyable! Everything else was perfect. Thanks Bouncefarm!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

We used to be regulars at Bouncefarm, and have been going there since 2015, but recently I have decided to avoid going there. This review and rating are based on my most recent experiences.
We usually go when my son is out of school. Unfortunately, one of the employees' son is also out of school those days. I watched this child hit my son so hard that he left a handprint, bit his head and pulled his hair, and hit two more friends' children so hard that one of them had a red cheek. I told my son to avoid playing with the employee's child, so this child chased him around and told his mom they were playing tag as my son tried to get away.
The toddler area used to be a flat jumpy, which was perfect for smaller toddlers and babies, but they changed it to an obstacle course. Considering the area is for 4 and under, it's pretty boring until they are 2-2.5 because children can't climb over the taller slides in the obstacle course on their own. Bigger kids have no problem and love it, but they're not supposed to go through when younger children are in it. The area outside of the obstacle course was perfect for my younger child until he started walking, and he still loves playing there, but walking children would rather check out the bouncers.
My children could both successfully climb the ladders to the slides in the lower area themselves around 2.25 years old.
The snack selections and coffee are great AND affordable. My children love picking things from the case.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 25, 2017
We had my sons second birthday party here and I really like how hassle free it is. You don't have to worry about anything, they take care of it all from start to finish. They set up, they put the food out, they bring the cupcakes out and help you sing happy birthday. The bounce houses and bounce slide are fun! They even have an air hockey table. So if you're looking to throw a party without worrying about a thing I recommend you come here!

I really enjoyed this place for my daughter's 1st birthday. Everything was all inclusive and I didn't have to worry too much besides enjoying my time with family and friends. The employees were pleasant to work with and they decorated and set everything up... which I like a lot (less stress). The only thing I was really disappointed was the favors/give away was by the counter and A LOT of our guests didn't know about it and missed it as they left. At the end, I had to carry A LOT of my favors back home. Perhaps next time, I can ask them to put it with the cakes/cup cake area? Other than that, everything was great!

I've been taking my son here since he was 3 and he's almost 6 now. Love coming here. Owners are really friendly. And after being away for one year the owner still remembers my son and I.

We have been here for open bounce multiple times. Our two year old loves it here and so do we. We are allowed to be with her and supervise her on all the jumpers and slides. The place is clean and all the employees are wonderful.
We had our daughter's birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic!!! We had the whole place to ourselves and everyone had a blast. Including the adults. The pizza and cupcakes were delicious. We were tended to very closely. It was nice to just be able to enjoy ourselves and let someone else do all the work.
I highly recommend #bouncefarm.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I would give this place five stars except for one major problem...No Air Conditioning! We came for Family night that they host every Thursday. Which is really a great deal. For $30 you get a large pizza and two hours of jump time for two kids. I will definitely come again but I'll probably avoid doing so during the summer. It has to be close to 100 degrees inside. We had to cut our jump time short because it got to the point where I was starting to feel light headed. When we went outside it was actually cooler outside than it was inside. Other than my complaints of the inside temp, it's a really cute place and the owner is a total sweetheart. I would definitely consider throwing a birthday party in the cooler months or even just come for a couple hours of fun with the kids.
