This is one of the places I went while car shopping. In all honesty, I really thought I would buy a Toyota but after my experience there, it wasn't worth it.
If you can even find someone who's not already helping someone else, make sure that everything you need to say can be fit into 30 seconds. Anything longer they don't have time for.
These people are there to sell cars. They are not there to learn about who you are, what you like and dislike or what you do for a living. Do you want to buy a car? Do you want to buy it NOW? If either of these questions are NO then they don't care.
Impersonal and short, I do NOT recommend it.

Went here to get an oil change for my truck. Can't say I was overwhelmed by the service.
The service manager was friendly and respectful, but one of the lot attendants actually stared me down for no reason. I don't know if the guy did not get enough attention as a child; but why make a customer feel uncomfortable for no reason? I saw the same guy climb into a car with out putting down the floor mat or seat cover they always put in the car to keep the grease and dirt off of your floor and seats. One person can ruin an experience, and this dude needs to be fired. Unfortunately I did not catch his name. I hate to sound like a whiny entitled technocrat, but if you have ever had an experience like this you know what I am saying. Can't we all just get along... =)
Also, they do not provide a complimentary car wash with an oil change. This is the only Toyota dealership I have ever been to that did not provide this service.
They did say it would take 30-45 minutes, but I was out of there in 25.
I think I will find another dealership next time, although in a pinch I would go here again.
