If you Dustin review-savvy, then you will know that medical problems have been quite common with my girlfriend and I. (If you are healthy, be thankful)
In any case, my girlfriend came down with a serious kidney infection recently and had to go in to Urgent Care (the in-between of a reg. doc aptm. and the ER), several times.
Each time, they kept her for a few hours, made her comfortable, and did some thorough testing to make sure they knew what was going on. The nurses there were great, and the doctors seemed more like nurses in their caring aspect than the usual calculating professionalism.
Finally, she was diagnosed with an infection, given some serious intravenous anti-biotics, and is now doing fine, so good job Urgent Care. Oh, and they are much cheaper than the E.R....my gf copay was $35, as compared to the $150 of the E.R.
