I'm pretty new to golf. I'm by no means good at it, but I still like to go out and hit a bucket of balls for fun. After going around from range to range, I will say that this place is great and fairly low priced too.
Boulder Golf Range has a mini-golf course. This course isn't too good (at this time), but for the price ($1.50), I'm not complaining. It is still a fun place to kill a bit of time with friends and not break the budget.
The golf range is in the process of being cleaned up. Please don't let that scare you away... its worth spending time here as a jumbo bucket (200+ balls) will run you $15, and you won't be bothered by a group of obnoxious teens (this is a problem at other ranges, like Green Valley...). This place is also good for families- I've seen countless father-child golf moments here, and that is good.
EDIT (7/31/2007): I had a chat with the owner, and he is really doing a lot of work to improve this range. He told me that he has invested a good chunk of change into improvements, and he is by no means finished with all of the work. Therefore, I would expect this place to continue to improve and become an increasingly bigger value for the price.
