This place doesn't even deserve one star!
We had a party of ten. Our food took OVER AN HOUR to arrive. The waitress said that some dishes were ready and some weren't, so she was waiting until they were all done so she could serve us all at the same time.
When the food finally made their grand appearance, the steaks were either raw or overcooked. One of my friends' food NEVER even came! Instead of offering us free drinks or free desserts like so many other restaurants do to keep up with the competition, the manager only offered my friend a free salad and deducted her meal from the bill. Four glasses of water took more than 20 minutes to grace our table. Really?
And when we asked for the check, that took more than half an hour. We waited another half an hour for the manager to come back with our change.
Both the staff and manager were abrasive and unequipped to be in the customer service field; and as for the manager, to be in a managerial position. She only apologized profusely after we had all paid.
Despite her incompetence, the only one that remained friendly in all this was the waitress. I give credits where credits are due.
Went there twice - both times i felt like the portions where different size..the service was OK...the wait to sit down was too long i was so not really happy with that..The stake that i got was a bit tough...but i guess no one can make the perfect stake in mass production...Probably went on an off day...was really turned off and don't really want to go back... the combination of the wait the inside decor and the service makes me not want to go back
My very pregnant friend was craving red meat last night, so I fell off the wagon and had me some beef. This place was surprisingly good (while you can't find anything special in a chain restaurant, y ou can tend to f ind consistancy) and I found the steak way heavier food than my delicate palate is comfortable with, I have to give major props to the homemade bread and side salad that come with the meal...and free diet coke refllls! :)
We didn't eat at this restaurant, we called ahead and picked it up. It was just simply too cold for everyone to venture out. This has to have been the worst experience ever! I figured since I had called ahead and waited to leave the expected time, that they would have been expecting me. When I arrived, they pointed me in the direction of the pick up area-in the back. First of all, why would you put take out in the back? I had to walk through the restaurant and disrupt the diners to pick up my food. I subsequently had to wait 15 minutes for them to change a $100 bill. It was almost as if she had run off with my money-I was getting a bit concerned. I ordered the tilapia with shrimp in a horseradish sauce. When I pulled out the food, the shrimp was in the sauce. I had to search for them and they were hidden in the sauce-it was like they dumped the shrimp in the dipping sauce. The tilapia was dry and tasteless. I wouldn't recommend this Boulder Creek
