    Boston, MA

    5.0 star rating

At first, I was reluctant to give five stars to a real estate agency seeing as how BRA is the only agency I've dealt directly with, but then considering that I have a hard time imagining how the service could have been any better, I figured what the hell.  I worked with Jackie and Rob (the president of the residential division), who were accessible literally 24/7.  Rob and I stayed up till about 1:00 a.m. on a weekend night negotiating with a seller.  They made sure to walk me through the long process of finding and buying a home, providing me with information before I asked for it and making sure that all loose ends were taken care of.  They recommended similarly attentive loan officers and lawyers, and a building inspector who did far more than check all the boxes, but rather told me what I need to know not just to fix the imperfections in the place I bought but how to maintain it.   Even after the deal was done and Rob and Jackie got their money, they followed up afterward to make sure that things like insurance and the reassignment of the intercom to my phone were all squared away.  I don't want to go on too long here, so any detail that I haven't included in this review is due to my failure to remember something helpful, professional, and efficient Rob or Jackie did, perhaps because they did it so smoothly that it didn't seem like a big deal.
