The first time I went to Boston Pizza in Squamish was earlier this year with a large group of people and my experience was not great. The food was good AND bad (some food was served cold) but the service was indifferent and borderline rude. When I got home, I completed their online survey and expressed my displeasure about the experience by everyone at our table. I was actually surprised when someone from BP contacted me and offered me a gift card to go back. Since I don't live in Squamish, I wasn't sure if I would return, but I did have the chance to go back last weekend and my review is based on that experience.
We arrived and were greeted warmly and shown to a booth. Service was very prompt and I think it was even the same server as my previous visit. On this occasion, she wasn't exactly friendly, but she wasn't rude either. Our meals arrived all at the same time, and everything was really good. I had the perogy pizza and a small spinach salad (which was actually pretty big). Aside from the fact that the salad had feta cheese (I've always had it with mozzarella at BP) it was still very good. The pizza reminded me of why I love Boston Pizza. The crust was perfect and the toppings were all generous - no complaints this time. I would most definitely return to this location, mostly because there aren't many options in Squamish, but also because the food is really good. -

I'm not sure why this place exists. It's pretty pedestrian food. The pizza was like cardboard and fairly tasteless. The best thing about this place was the salad - and that's not saying a lot. Not all chains are created equal. Next time I'll visit the Subway next door.
