The food is great and I would of rated 5 stars, but the counter service is so bad, I gave it three. I have been there twice and I will go again, but they don't "get" online ordering.
It seems it would make it easier for them since they can get it ready ahead of time and it is pre-paid, but every time I order online, it is not ready and they have to get a Manager! This is really ridiculous! The cashier rang up everything when I had already paid and then the order wasn't ready, so what is the point of telling them to have it ready by a specific time as they state on their express online ordering?
I will only go back one more time before I move, but good luck if you order online. The food is excellent. -

Okay, granted, this Boston Market is probably like every other Boston Market in the country. It's a decent chain restaurant, certainly a bit better than your average fast food with its homemade offerings of turkey, rotisserie chicken, cornbread, sides, etc. My friends and I used to come here often in high school solely for the mac and cheese, which is actually really good (and as of yet, the only comparable m'n'c I've found is Stouffer's). Pretty dependable.
