Food has gone down hill. Quite disappointing, use to love Boston Market but lately it appears bland and was cold. They now bring your food to the table of your choice and the food is served on a plastic dish. You don't clean up your mess afterwards either, the employee's clean up for you.

It always bites when you don't have family to spend Thanksgiving with, but that's the position I was in. I called up a friend and asked them if they would fancy going to Boston Market.
We arrived about 1:30pm, and there was no line. We both ordered the Thanksgiving Day promotion which was: Turkey or chicken, 2 sides, 1 cornbread, 1 dessert pie. They were all out of pumpkin pie.
We both got the turkey. It was horrid. Tried the beans and potatoes. Horrid.
Both of our meals tasted like they had been refrigerated for hours and then served straight out of it. Obviously, it wasn't but it reflects about how cold they were. Bloody hell.
I would be giving it 1 star; however, I thought the decor of the place was decent. Good colors and a slight sense of warmth in there.
Not sure if our experience was in relation to the holiday, but it will not be on my list next year if I am in similar circumstances.
What a shame.
