Fellow yelpers don't listen to the elitist snobs who love dissing this place. Boston Market is what it is: A place to get decent rotisserie chicken on the cheap. Sure some of the sides are not the greatest, but you can't complain too much when you shell out only about $8 for a complete meal. I strongly recommend the Chicken Carver Sandwich. It is still as good as it has always been.
The Market hits the spot when you have a hankering for homestyle food on the go. -

I used to like Boston Market and would even buy their whole meatloaf (and then add my own BBQ sauce to it).
No longer.
I am sitting here, stuck at work, with a heinous $10 abortion of a meal I just got. It is the meatloaf - the parts that aren't burnt are cold - with not-quite-cooked dill potatoes (apparently sans the dill) - and a side-salad, apparently pre-washed in a dressing bath of some sort. When I asked for a medium soda the order-dildo interrupts me mid-sentence to say "we only have one size" - so I said "OK - I'll have that one".
I shan't darken their drive-thru again. -

I tried this place for the first time the other night. I placed the order through Snapdragon. It's right down the road from us & we weren't feeling up to cooking.
Wow, what can I say? The customer service is good. But the food....oh the food. Its just not good. It's beyond bland. The gravy had an odd flavor. The roast chicken was decent. Mash potatoes tasted odd too. I can say one good thing, their cornbread. It was good flavor and not dry. Just the right amount of moistness. And the Ceaser salad was pretty good. Those 2 things are the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1. That and the customer service.
I can now say I've been there, tried that, and it wasn't worth buying the t-shirt. -

Too pricey for the small portions you get. Plus the food most always is either cold, stale or hard. Be choosey in what you order.

I hadn't been to a Boston Market since I left the company 13 years ago and it will probably be that long before I go back to this one. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. The food was substandard and the portions were small. We had been helping our daughter move and decided to get "real" food instead of fast food.
We got in about 7 pm, the restaurant was almost empty. The food on the steam table was old and dry. I opted for the 1/4 dark meal which comes with 2 sides and cornbread. I got the sweet potatoes and creamed spinach. The spinach was dry and crusty, I asked if they could bring out some fresh. So my order took longer than the rest of the family. The 1/4 dark was a leg & thigh, it was much smaller than they had been in the past and overcooked and dry. The cornbread looked and tasted like it hadn't been baked properly and didn't rise. We all decide that BK across the parking lot would have been a better choice. -

Okay, I've never been to Boston Market before in my life. But for some reason last night I got the strangest craving for some mac n' cheese.
After visiting Bel Air's deli and I saw that they had no mac n' cheese, my boyfriend suggested that we go to Boston Market. I'm always up for trying new places, so I agreed.
We just went through the drive-thru (by the way, it was REALLY hard to hear the person speaking through the speaker). I ordered a chicken pot pie with a small side of mac n' cheese - at last it was in my grasp! My boyfriend ordered the meat loaf meal with mac n' cheese and stuffing.
My chicken pot pie was decent and fairly large. The cream sauce was good and the veggies inside weren't soggy. It came with a small piece of cornbread which was tasty. The mac n' cheese relieved my craving with spiral noodles engulfed in delicious melty cheese. YUM.
My boyfriend's meatloaf dinner looked okay, though I didn't try any.
Overall, a decent dinner. However, if given the choice to come back, I probably wouldn't. The pot pie and mac n' cheese looked like the only appetizing thing on the menu for myself. -

NOTE: Another reviewer stated that this chain uses considerable amounts of MSG in their food so be sure to ask if you have an allergy.
I used to visit this location on a regular basis while working in the area. The restaurant is clean, well run and the food is good quality. The drive through runs smoothly and the staff has always been friendly, helpful and patient with customers.
Personally for lunch I love the Quarter of a Chicken (White) Meal with Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach. This meal also comes with a nice sized piece of cornbread which I sometimes have difficulty finishing.
If you are a fan of Boston Market or someone who enjoys roast chicken without the time and effort, I would recommend this spot.
I feel like chicken tonight... like chicken tonight... -

Boston Market is way overpriced for the portion size: a quarter of a chicken was barely three fork-fulls. Cornbread was stale, with gritty bits in it. And a really small portion of cornbread. Rock hard green beans. NOT going back.
