We ate at this Boston Market around 8 pm for a change from Lincoln Road dinners. Their chicken is almost always good and it is like a comfort food. This one on Alton is no exception. Roast half chicken was tender and moist with the skin a nice dark brown. Both white and dark meat were wonderfully tasty. We like their stuffing and had a double helping. The loaded potatoes were good as well and my wife liked the corn bread. Of course all these sides defeated the healthy chicken!
Twenty dollars for two, good comfort food and a very nice break. I give it 4 stars both because of the chicken and the value for $. -

"A-OK" ...is exactly what I'm feeling.
Not the best, not the worst. An OK Boston Market, and will satisfy your belly. The chicken is really good! Tasty, well cooked... but the sides need improvements. The combos are good for the price, and the location is money!! -

When it comes to Boston Market, I always enjoy and miss the food. Being that there are only like 3 locations left in Dade county.
I have avoided writing a review of this location for a while now, I worked for Boston Market in '95-'96 at a different location so I'm quite familiar with the pride the company used to take in service and food. The food here is still up to par, but the service is seriously lacking.
Firstly, it seems like there is never anyone in charge, everyone is constantly stepping on each others toes, It is not uncommon to have to give your order to three employees before getting served or getting served correctly, and whats up with the person behind the cutting station yelling across the counter from 10 feet back to get my order? The restrooms and dining room are always a mess, and this has gotten even worse since they switched to reusable plates and metal silverware. It just seems like no one at this location has nay pride in what they are doing. It is quite unfortunate! -

I was not looking foward to go to Boston Market.
10 years ago I went to one and was not impressed.
I wanted to get the rotisserie Chicken from Publix.
Anyways , my friend was really pushing for BM, so i agreed.
I was nicely surprised with the food this time.
Service was bad. I felt like I was in the middle of Overtown Or Little Havanna. A few homeless were there eating and Employees were just not trying ....
Where is the manager? I dont know.
Tables were dirty. I had to pick the one that was the least dirty.
When i was done i wanted to wash my hands. Im not a clean freak at all.
But the place was so dirty i felt dirty!
The Bathroom was disgusting!
I would go back to BM and take the food home. Where I can eat at a clean table. -

With all the competition in SoBe, Boston Market... like that you're still around. Would eat your food more often but you don't have any locations near me in Kendall. For some reason your sobe location is the only one I've visited (before you closed your Kendall location many moons ago). Your roasted chicken has never dissappointed me, always meaty and juicy. Just take off the skin and you have a delicious source of low fat protein. Love your creamy spinach and corn bread, though the last time I visited your sides were a bit on the salty side. If I lived on the beach I would eat here more often. I'm giving you 4 stars - mainly because you're an economical alternative to the pricier restaurants on the beach, especially if you're just looking for a quick bite to eat if you're in the area or during your lunch break. A balanced nutritious meal can be had here for very little. I can't say the same of all the restaurants on trendy SoBe that I've been to.
