Outstanding. The staff are very friendly, they bring your food to the table for you. The took extra time to help out a guy in a wheel chair. You don't have to buss your own table like most fast food restaraunts, and the food is pretty darn good.

Unbelievable! The improvements at this place is out of this world.
So, I've been at this particular Boston Market twice before this review, and last Friday, my friend and I went back to be pleasantly surprised. Other 2 times I went, I probably would rate them as 2 stars, maybe 1. The food was often cold, service bad, but this past Friday, completely different!
My friend ordered the large beef brisket, which came with 2 sides on a plate! When did they start serving on plates?! Mashed potatoes came with gravy, which has more flavor and not runny like water. The veggies were warm and cooked all the way. Brisket could have used more salt, but that can always be adjusted!
I had chicken pot pie. Inside was hot and crust flaky! Unbelievable! When? HOW? They had a big upgrade from my last visit. Of course, the cornbread was still pleasant to munch on. I had it with mac and cheese- creamy and delicious!
The place was clean and the service was REALLY good! The guy taking our order brought us the beef brisket to our table because they were getting it ready. He brought us more napkins/ sauces. ABSOLUTELY BEST SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED HERE! HUGE IMPROVEMENT!
Unfortunately, their drinks weren't kept up. None of the teas were available and no indication on the machine. Their drinks were more on the flat side and waaayyy too much syrup.
Would've been 5 star material and for those you ate at this particular place before, DEFINITELY go back and see the improvements! Pretty cheap for the amount of food! -

Okay, believe it not, this was my first dining experience at ANY Boston Market chains and I'm a fan!
Got the dark meat combo and the chicken was pretty good! Better than those I get from Costco. Skin was crispy and I finished all of it! My favorite side was corn; loved it and wanted more than what was given on my plate. =P
Definitely will be going there grabbing quick bites sometime in near future. =)
