THE SUSHI is the only thing worth getting here. Don't be distracted by the plethora of menu choices.Really solid, great tasting sushi with a decent selection. I always go for the Red Sox and Boston Maki, they can't be beat! We've had food off of the other menus and they're really not good at all. Their amazing sushi is quite the anomaly.

Yes, it's expensive. Yes, the customer service is craptacular.

I've never had a problem with my order or delayed delivery time, personally.

If you're willing to spend a good chunk of money on awesome sushi that will be delivered to your doorstep, go with BCK.

This place had some good pizza that delivered right to my door at the Four Seasons. You don't usually find places that will deliver right to you that has some quality food. I tried several rolls appetizers to get a variety of their menu. It added up in price but again the taste and presentation of the food  was quite a delight. I would strongly recommend anyone in the area to get delivery from this place. Prompt, reasonable cost, and delicious.

Horrible, horrible service. I wish I had read the reviews before I had ordered from this place. The delivery was missing my sushi order (thanks, that was my dinner) - and we called the delivery guy after he drove off saying that we were missing an item. He said "sure, let me call my boss" - half an hour, no call. Guess what - the place actually closed. So the delivery guy basically didn't even bother trying to correct the mistake, or bother picking up his phone. Ugh. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this place.

    DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

I concur with all the bad reviews here.  Everything about this place sucks...and they have terrible customer service.  I should have known that a delivery place that offers Mexican, Chinese, Pizza, Italian, Thai, etc.  has got to be bad.

How do they stay in business?

What a costly pile of crap that was! $49.50 Damn I got robbed....

I got this Latin dish called "Bistec a lo Pobre Peru" Steak was shoe leather, Rice was mushy and bland, Fries were soggy and cold, Plantains Where were they, No fried eggs......Just plain awful $13.95 I paid Meal should have been around $8.75

My Son had Chinese Combo plate it was average. $3.95 more then at my local Chinese spot for the same thing and the food is better.

Wife got the Super Italian Sub....I was not Super, I sucked! it was way smaller than the LG Italian at my local Sub spot. and it was $3.00 more.

Serves me right not to look at the Reviews here first..

This place is bad...Delivery was over 45 Minutes. I called them after we ate this mess. They were dumb founded when I told them how bad the food is.

Run away.......Actually you might get the Runs eating at this place...Bye....

It being kind of a gross day out and us having gone outside already once, we decided to order in for dinner tonight. I was kind of in the mood for curry, either Indian or Thai, so Andy went on Foodler and found this place. It had a decent rating on Foodler so we decided to give it a try.

I ordered a yellow curry and Andy ordered some sushi rolls and a noodle dish that said it had "pork, chicken, and spices" in it. This is important later on. I asked Andy to tack on a side of white rice, because the menu made no mention of mine coming with rice or noodles and I've found that it's usually a 50% chance you have to order rice.

The bill came to $40 including tax and tip, which isn't terrible for take out delivery for two, but not really good either.

We waited for about 50 minutes for the food to come and when the guy finally got there, he just opened the door to our apartment, no knocking or anything. WTF?! We clearly live in a two family and the doors are next to each other, so why would you think you can just open the door?! I mean, Andy's not wearing any pants right now!

We sit down to our food after he leaves and Andy's noodles have shrimp in them, rendering them inedible to him. He called and the girl who answered couldn't tell him if the dish was supposed to have shrimp, nor could she give him his money back or replace his food. He apparently has to wait for the manager to call him back tomorrow.

My curry was okay, but could have used some heat (both temperature and spice). Also, why was there so much Zucchini in it? Yuck!

    Andy's sushi rolls were serviceable.

We will not be ordering from here again and now Andy has had barely any dinner tonight.

The most epic delivery failure I've ever had from a restaurant..

I used to be a pretty big fan of this place about a year back despite getting a few orders missing food.  I generally called up and they took it off the bill for me (doesn't do any good for the person in our party who is missing their dinner though, does it?)  I decided to give them another try this weekend and got royally screwed.

I ordered from their website because it was nice and easy.  We got a burrito (menu says it comes with tomato, rice, beans, cheese, guacamole), a soft taco (menu says it comes with tomato, lettuce, and cheese), some empanadas, and a pizza.  I told them no tomatoes in the burrito and the taco.

The stuff arrived about an hour later.  The burrito and taco were both stuffed with onions and peppers.  I'm not a fan of either and if the menu mentioned that it came with them, I'd have asked for it not on there.  The items were pretty expensive so I figured I'd call and complain.  Here is my conversation:

Me: Hello, I made an order a little while ago and I just got it.  My burrito and taco both have onions in them and I'm allergic to onions.  The website doesn't say it comes with onions and peppers but it does.

Manager: Your order said no tomatoes so we put no tomatoes.

Me: Well yes, but the menu doesn't say it comes with onions or I'd have said no onions.

Manager: Item come with onion.  You should have say no onion if you don't want.

Me: Again, I wasn't aware of that because your menu doesn't say it comes with onions.

Manager: Next time say what you don't want in item and we do that.

Me: Right, but the menu doesn't say it comes with onions, so how should I know?  I also don't want fried tennis shoes in my burrito, should I include that?  I'm not a fan of liver either.

    Manager: We'll remake.  *click*

So a few minutes after that AWESOME conversation, I noticed we didn't get our empanadas either.  I called up and the manager informed me that the kitchen said they filled the order like it was requested.  I told him that we definitely didn't receive our empanadas.  He said he would check with the kitchen and "if that was true," then he'd refund me.

Are you kidding me?  The burrito is inedible (it was in a wheat wrap too despite me ordering flour, I got sick of arguing by this point), they wouldn't replace the tacos with onions/peppers, and we're just out of luck on the empanadas.  This place is way overpriced but it was a chance to satisfy everyone's different cuisine requests.. if they hadn't screwed up the order and been absurd about me guessing the ingredients of their items.

    Never again.

UPDATE: On the way to deliver a burrito to me without onions, the driver got called about the empanadas and went back to the restaurant to get them.  This means I'll end up with a nice cold burrito, but at least I'll get my empanadas, right?  le sigh.

You know, I really don't see why this place is so awful. Yeah, the $15 minimum and $5 delivery charge is steep, but I do like the selection. I've had thai curry, sushi, and soup, and it's all been fairly decent. They might not be the fastest at delivery, either, but I've never had any issues with them. Well, I guess I did when they couldn't find my address, but in their defense I was living in a dorm at the time. There's a lot worse late at night.

Ordered from BCK and it cost quite a bit, 12 small sushi was $14 and definitely not a meal, but tasty. The pad thai was unedible. And not that it matters too much, but the diet coke we ordered was a diet pepsi.
If the restaurant has more than 5 types of cuisine, don't take a chance on any of them.
$30 to deliver, and more than half we couldn't eat.
And now my girlfriend's stomach hurts.
    Thanks BCK Express.

This was a really bad decision on my part.

It was 100 degrees in Boston today, and there was no way I was going to A) cook dinner or B) go out into the heat after a long day at work. I logged onto Foodler and saw that BCKE is one of the few restaurants that would deliver to my neighborhood.

First of all, the menu is HUGE. 8 different types of cuisine, I believe, and my gut instinct told me that anyplace that serves all those different foods probably doesn't do it all that well. However, I was craving Latin food, so I placed an order.

The tacos were ok- I liked that they used red and green bell peppers in the tacos, they gave a nice, fresh flavor. However, the ground beef was really, really salty. Still, the tacos were edible.

I also ordered my favorite, chiis rellanos, and wow- were they bad! The batter around the peppers was flavorless and almost gummy. Worse was the filling in the chilis- it was salted to the point where I couldn't taste anything else. *Completely* inedible. I threw them out and ate the rice that came with the dish instead.

I won't order from here again, sorry to say.
